It is not traditional music. The composer was Mímis Pléssas who created masterpieces. And the Lyricist was Leftéris Papadópoulos who could even be cosidered a poet.

Once you started reacting to Marinella keep reacting to more of her songs. There are also with captions ( subtitles) . She is known as
"the voice" by the Greek musicians . She is also still preforming live today 50+ jears onwards

It wasn't a musical. But the director of the movie, Giannis Dalianídis, was notorious for using dancing mainly but also songs in his work.
For ages if a female singer "had it" she would sing this song to show off! But none has ever came close to Marinella.

Marinella didn't have a role (acting part) in the movie. It was just that. She was the singer. And the song was about the feelings (and the sentiments) of the roles the actors were playing.
Marinella is, vocally, the best female Greek singer ever! She is 30 in this performance.
There is a 1995 live perfomance, when she was 57, were she is really showing of. I don't fully agree, but it's realy impressive.

Guys please search a bit about the meaning of the songs.... this is a song about women that just burried her husband, she is not trying to seduce anybody !

I don't think these two have anything to do with music. They were only commenting on what each other was doing in the video and not at all on Marinella's performance as if they were watching a silent movie!

One more song from Marinella. Not suitable for reaction, I believe. Because it's just the song. But I'm giving the Link in order to listen to it. And I repeat, there is no other female Greek singer that even comes close to her vocally. There are others who were huge in interpreting their songs and with more mellow voices. Haroula Alexiou for instance. But vocally ... none like her.
