InitialDesu I have a series of drone carrier attack subs all inspired by the Remora that Im close to finishing. There are 3, 1 for each tier, and they're designed to be as vanilla friendly as possible. Let me know if you want to give them a look!

Now that you mention it, I think it's a good design but executed poorly. I think you can keep the little dip, but expand the sub downwards. If you -really want- this form factor, I think ballasts need optimization and a master control in the command deck for some manual door shutoff to cut off the flooding from front to back.

And actually, a little bit of refurbishing and balancing would make this "shoe" (as the sub was neatly named in the comments section) sailing nice and smoothly. So, it has potential.

I like the overal shape, definitely much different from the R-29 but needs a lot of work, looks cool tho !
Yeah, even people with little experience can often offer a fresh set of eyes that can make some great stuff. Its a lovely design for such a small sub.
Looking at that bulge setup, it looks like it’d be really easy for water to back flow back up into the sub with minimal damage.
