I have watch so many wave videos on trying to understand how it works not that i dont understand but you explain how it works way better than any other waver i ever watch before thanks bro🎉
Thank you for the explanation and articulating the stages from your POV easily! Much appreciated bruh and God bless 🙏🏾 - and as a martial artist I agree with that analogy haha
thx for the info I'm currently at stage 2 and I was getting very frustrated and discouraged because all the time when I take off my durag everything is messed like the sides but now I know why it's because it's not long enough yet and it has ripples only the sides are truly very difficult to train and get waves on
Glad I could help clear things up! Keep pushing you got this! Besides, I just scalped so we are gonna embark on this journey TOGETHER. Let's GO ‼️🫡🥷🏿💯💯🌊🌊
Bro thank you so much i gave up at stage 3 bc it didnt change for 3 months and i thought i didnt have the hair type for it and i just stopped and went back to my old haircut
I have course hair. I use a durag, soft brush, medium-hard brush, and a plastic bag. This is what I currently have. Do I need other stuff to increase my wave growth?
I did waves for 3 years then grow out my hair on the 4th year didn't work out so i cut my hair 4 days ago but tell me if i am wrong if you did waves for at least 2 year your hair is already trained for waves just got bw consistent with the brushinh and your angles man so happy got my favorite curved palm brush 3 days ago
Glad to have ya back on the wave crew! 😎. And yes, at 2 years your hair more than trained ✅👍🏿. It usually only takes 4-6 weeks for your hair to be trained.
OMG. Thank you so much. I was about to just say f it. Cut it all off and start over. Nobody ever explains why my hair is acting the way it is. Now I understand why, and what I have to do. Can you recommend some products, and brushes that I should try? I follow a couple of other guys, but most of their content is years old. I know that the product a brushes are way better now. Thanks in advance.
God bless! I'm glad the video was helpful 🙏🏿. As for products, Oils and Butters are always a safe bet. I like to use Tea tree oil, Jojoba Oil, or Olive Oil. As for butters I use PB the Goats Goat Drip Butter but you can really use any butter from your typical beauty supply store. Seasick Pomade or 360 Styles are also good. 👍🏿🔥
Wattup! 🫡. So honestly it really boils down to which pattern you WANT to have. However some people just go with the way their hair naturally grows for easier transition. But it's up to you 👍🏿. Hope that answered your question!
So if you get ur cut every 2 weeks to a 1.5 you won't lose progress HOWEVER it's best to try and go 3 to 4 weeks at least before your first couple of cuts 👍🏿
@@truckingwithbigmitch5711 So typically you want to go at least 4 weeks so you can help your waves stay trained at higher lengths. The maximum wolf will really depend on your curl type (Wavy, curly, coily).
Anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on how quickly your hair starts to be trained. You don't want to overwolf super quickly but you want to give your hair time to get trained💯👍🏿
I’m getting my waves back after YEARS of not having them but I think that’s normal bro you’re still training your hair & your hair probably isn’t long enough
Welcome back to the crew! 🫡🌊 I normally cut my hair with a #2 Closed WTG around my head and #2 Open WTG for the crown 👑👍🏿. I will be cutting my hair soon to show you all so stay tuned! 💯💯

No worries! U can do this! Honestly it just takes time. That's why I wanted to mention that the main part in stage 3 is to break forks😎👍🏿
ty bro your a life saver@@ninjawaver

Is it normal for waves to appear small because of the brush and sometimes I just lose progress when I brush my hair even when wet
Omgoshhhhh this was so helpful ❤
Glad this helped!!
Nice Video Wavy Brotha! I need to spend more time brushing and doing all the other steps in order to get good waves.
God bless you man 🙏🏿. Don't we all 🤣

Hey bro, how do I know which pattern to choose? My hair directoon looks like a 540

If ur at a stage 2 will getting a cut diminish ur progress. How low can i cut without cutting my waves off.

newly rejoining the wave community bro, what type of cut you get when you hit the barbers? been out of this lane for a min.. thanks🫡
