I feel like giving the character a second hand and making LMB shoot and RMB grapple would be a better option rather than grapple points. They feel way too limiting since you can only put them in specific part of the game, and also kind of go against the grain of the game, which is parkour physic freedom. If they're just stationary grapple points you as a map maker decide where to put they end up being very straight forward without much fun in them. Grapple use at 11:48 is exactly what makes it sick and fun in my opinion. Anyway, just a bit of constructive opinion. Really enjoying seeing the progress of the game and your experience through it, looking forward to the full release.
In Karlson you should add “Evil Billy” as the original would be the failed prototype, as billy might be stupid but you’ll need him as your companion in order to get through the evil billy robots were you have to solve a puzzle in order to hack the evil billy to get through what they’re guarding and another you should have project Dani which are drones to your choice that can be evil or companion as well change the story as much as you want. In general unity is really cloggy and doesn't work well on bad pcs. I use Opengl to make games and it works well on potato pcs so that's why I rather use C++ than unity.
Heres a big brain idea make a slime gun that when you shoot someone it sticks them to a wall or make it like a grapple gun but it can shoot multiple grapples
I have an idea, when the player shoots I think it would be pretty epic if the crosshair expanded for a short amount of time then returned back to its regular size to indicate that the gun has been used in another way!
Idea: add like a “boost” power up. Like you get 1 or 2 per level so if you lose momentum you can boost and shoot forward.... also it would be funny to boost into billy and watch him go flying

Idea: the way you treat billy throughout the game could influence the ending. For example if your very nice to billy (requires a way in which you can be nice to billy) he could help you kill the robotic voice guy. Or if you bully him he will betray you at the end. It dosent have to be exactly this idea but I think it would be cool if you could build a relationship with billy that directly influences the story

And if it gets below a certain score it makes him evil or if it gets above a certain score he deviates from his core programming and helps you in some way.
If you want to get the player to hate their friend then yes, you should absolutely do that. No one likes being laughed at for failing. Your companions should be supportive, not admonishing.

Ideas for Billy:
You should be able to tell him to sit/follow you
You should be able to charge his power up over time and when it is at max you could:
Sit on him and he could fly you around for short distances
He could go 'rage mode' or something like that and kill everyone in a 20-meter radius
He could spawn in an OP gun for you to use for a minute or 2
His Power would slowly drain while using these things and reach 0 after a while (up to you) how long/much of his powers you could use.
Please like to get it to the top so that Dani sees this

Idea for Billy: Give him a HP Bar. And when he takes damage, add some Electric particals like falling, when he falls, he lands with Electric particals around. And maybe put water in the game like Minecraft but a diffrent style, so when you push Billy in water, he will die instantly and make a death sound for Billy and when he dies, add a EXPLOSION that can damage you
