I don't think he said it on the video, but another curious thing is that in literally any other Assassins Creed game you are NOT ABLE to kill civilians or destroy religious places, the places are usually indestructible and when you try to kill a civilian you would get a game over saying that it is not allowed or there was a desync (in-game system) not allowing you to do it, the only exception is the current game "Shadows" where Yasuke can freely kill all japanese civilians and destroy religious places with no issue

If they believe they can create a game, no matter how far into fantasy they go, without understanding the real value of actual history, that is simply disrespectful. Decapitation is reserved for enemies. AC used to penalize you for killing civilians too, saying you were "breaking from actions the person committed in history" within the Animus.
To highlight how far the quality bar has dipped with Ubisoft. For AC Origins Ubisoft consulted forensic linguists to replicate spoken ancient Egyptian for the background NPCs to speak, meanwhile for AC Shadows they couldn't tell Chinese architecture apart from Japanese architecture.

And sometimes they may see us as barbaric without us knowing it... But Ubisoft made a big mistake by making Yasuke the protagonist of an Asian story. Even though Japan has many legendary samurai, they chose a black man. This shows that they do not value Asians at all. In the details of the scene, Yasuke has more luxurious armor than real samurai, even though he is not a samurai, he is just a servant of Nobunaga. But the English language tells him that he is a legendary samurai. And the cherry blossoms bloom in April, but there are exaggerated watermelons in there, and those watermelons will bear fruit in the summer. But the two of them are together in one season. Everything looks funny. I apologize that my English is quite bad because I am Asian. We don't use English every day but I try to learn it because it is an international language.
Remember they made Yokozuna a sumo wrestler even though he's Samoan and how Rikishi ended up with the same shameful treatment because Island tribes weren't a draw by WWF/E's old standards..

Physics were never a thing in Assassin’s creed. Leap of faith is not realistic. Its a game after all
