The thing is, everyone just places their mark in the centre whenever they start, so you pretty much just have to rely on your opponent being a complete moron after that first move.
If you start and put it in the center and your opponent does not put their in any of the corners you can garuntee a win.
@@FishAndKid Oh, yes! I'm aware of that one. Middle, then corner, corner. I always attempt it if I go first, but usually my opponents just place their move in the corner, so it's always a draw, which is why I pretty much hope my opponent is moron. Lol.

To avoid losing:
Rule 1) If the opponent starts first and places in any corner, place yours in the centre

He didn’t mention if you start X at corner, they put O middle. It’s best to put X at the opposite corner. If they put an O in any other corner, it also results into a guaranteed win.

When I was 9, I used to spend like 20 extra minutes after I came out of the shower drawing in the mirror's steam trying to plan this out, and it makes me very happy to see the exact strategy I used back then put in place now

I've done all of these tricks which is what my opponents call is traps. I've one classmate that I've always win against, but when he grew tired, I told him my tricks and how I always win. And now, we will always tie every time we play with each other. But our difference is, I also beat computer's or NPC's all the time when he doesn't

Useful Tip:
If your the first one to play, always pick the Center, if he picks vertically or horizontally you automatically win, if he picked a corner it's a draw.
If your the second one to play and he picked the Center, just pick any corners and it's automatically a draw. If he didn't pick the center, you pick the Center and continue vertically or horizontally, you can win if ur opponent is dumb but it's automatically a draw if he's gud
So basically just race to go to the Center, this is why there's almost no TicTacToe tournaments if both players are pro they'll just draw many times and no one will win exept if u want to let the opponent win

Actually if they pick a corner you need to pick the space opposite to the one they picked, if they then pick one that is horizontal or vertical you need to pick the closest empty space (that is a corner space) to the one that they picked, then you have two ways that you can win on your next move

Finally got many ways to win tic tac toe
I found all those tricks and possibilities by myself years ago, it's nothing hard.
If you start in any of the four corners and your opponent chooses mid you have 1 one more chance to win if your second move is going to be in the exact opposite corner of your first move. Then if your opponent chooses one of the 2 remaining corners ... he lost. If not, it's a tie.

I once had a Tic-Tac-Toe App installed that on highest level would always play the best moves. Since then I've never lost a match to any real person (although the computer would still best me from time to time because you just can't stay focused forever)
I made a similar app using python. It's impossible to beat
There is 2 rule
1. If you start first, place first in center. If your opponent choose corner, then it is a draw, if choose middle, then its your win (100%)
2. If you start second, if your opponent choose center, you choose corner then its a draw (if you choose middle you lose). If your opponent not choosing center, you choose center then its a draw

Impossible mode is impossible, because it doesn't put its mark on an adjacent square when you place on the middle.
I actually developed this strategy when I was playing with google on medium mode.

Idk if someone has said anything about this before (I didn’t check) but if you start in the corner and your opponent goes center you can still win. Let’s say you start and place your mark in the top left. Your opponent goes center. Then at this point you should go bottom right corner. This is because if you opponent decides to put their next mark in any other corner all you have to do is block them and then you win. Because you’ll have a mark between your bottom right and top left marks. Hope that made sense lol.
A buddy and I were pros. We could also predict when a game was match so we'd end it before it finished.
