When I create the Short code and dial I get "please enter you passowrd..." prompt instead of the IVR.. Howerver, if I put VM:.. I get the menu. Any reason why this is the case?
i cannot get the short code to point to the voicemail
I need to make routing for multiple lines Connected to central and whoever calls should be able to enter extension number as per their choice
Two lines I need to make it direct to extension for incoming and outgoing calls direct
One is fax
From voicemail pro
How can I do it.
