Love seeing you and hearing about your perfumes. It feels like a ‘girlfriends’ chit chat about perfume. The ASMR in some of the perfume videos is confusing to me. There’s a lovely UA-camr who I’m sure is a sweet person but I can’t watch her perfume content because of all the nail clicking, scratching and also whispering 😅. It’s too bad because she reviews some really interesting perfumes outside the hyped ones. Your nails and hair look great. You look lovely overall, too 😊. I stopped wearing makeup after the pandemic. My skin care routine isn’t 13 steps and I can’t stand shopping for clothes like used to. I’m 49 now and I am in a different phase of ‘fed-up’ 😂.
Hey Mamoni. If I saw a video with all that combined I couldn't take it that is WAY too much. I've seen the whispering and it's like just talk in your regular voice we're not playing telephone here! Thank you for the compliment as I feel very tired these days! Before the pandemic I would wear makeup maybe once a week as a treat, but after masking for a few years I just totally got out of the habit and haven't picked it back up. I appreciate those who take the effort and this is not a dig on them at all, just the excess of it all do you really need 65 products on your face to look nice or is it just the consumption tempting you to do more more more? I'm 45 and feel the fed - up I get there way faster these days!
Hi Wendy! I agree 100% about the Jasmine version of Shalimar. I also wasn't as thrilled with the iris one, which I admit, as an iris lover, it was disappointing, just ok. The Millesime Jasmine is better, but Shalimar is still my favorite. I have never seen videos like what you describe with the nails on the bottles (how weird and irritating), but I tend not to watch channels that are obviously pushing a lot of products or are sent a lot of perfumes all the time. I prefer smaller and more authentic channels for the most part. A bottle here or there is fine, but no way perfume reviewers can have so many bottles all at once and then love them all. I hope you don't stop making videos here on youtube. It's the only place I watch videos. oxJulia

@@ReneSaller-rv3rc Thank you Rene:) is one of my older ones that makes me feel comforted when I am a bit blah.
i agree with the fingernail clicking on things.. immediate exit any video doing that. Also I've quit watching those sponsored perfume videos just trying to make $ telling you to buy from a site with their code. I can understand it on occasion, but not every other video on a channel. Thanks for sharing.
@@robinscott1951 Hi Robin:) I used to like watching perfume reviews but I've been clicking off a lot of them lately. Perfume is a fun luxury and admittedly frivolous but the constant advertising is becoming mentally exhausting to me. And the stupid nails tapping on everything just gag me🤣🤣🤣
Is it similar to Philtre flanker or Suffle? Just curious. Thank you!
Honestly I don't think so. The Philtre is the most iris heavy Shalimar they made in my opinion (even more than the Millesime Iris) and the Souffle was a musky, lighter, orange blossom & jasmine. No leather to speak of, and less vanilla with that one ... the Souffle is so musky.
Was that one a pretty penny?
@@gloriaterry333 The retail is $140/50 ml bottle so I'd say a little pricey.
I have a Jasmine heavy perfume I want to send to you. Can you send me your email?
Really? That is so nice of you!
It's wendi
