It’s weather change. It happens to me a lot too because I’m very sensitive to temperature change. I’m from Hawaii it’s always hot here and when I travel to colder places I get sick a few days after I’m there. Pay attention to his temperature. Make sure he stays hydrated (drinking plenty of fluids). Marcello will be fine.
