Hey everyone welcome back to another video. Today I am super excited that we are doing the Top 5 Awards for the Class C Gas Motorhomes! I am very excited about this category because its my favorite category to sell for. The reason why is because I think Class C Motorhomes are the perfect size and they are easy to drive :)

Wish you'd list msrp on these so we can see where they rank on that scale. It's not fair to compare a 200k unit and a 100k unit and most of us are in the lower end of the market. Or have a luxury and a budget category for each class

I have just started my journey of sorting out what fits our needs. Layout is important, but not the only point. MSRP (price point). I would also be interested in the warrant information. I don't know anything about the engine. It is a "motor" home. A quick two seconds on the engine and average mpg. Maybe this is all common, I don't know. It would helped me.
I've spent the last few weeks researching RVs, trying to find my own top 5 list. One thing I've learned is that each top 5 list can be as unique as the person making it. I've been racking my brain trying to learn everything about RVs so I can finally make a decision on "The One". Every time I think I have it, I learn something new and it's back to researching or there's some glaring issue (like step-ups which I've lovingly nicknamed the death-step). I would love to get an empty box and build out the interior myself, but my situation calls for a quick solution.
My current list for the family (Wifey and two meowmeows):
Coachmen Crosstrail 22XG ("better than a prius" option)
Winnebago Minnie Winnie 25B (thinking to remove couch for kitchen counter space, would love to replace dinette with u-dinnette)
Entegra Odyssey 26M (not a fan of slides, but that fireplace!)
Bonus option: Thor Axis 24.3 (good A/C unit 😏)
Dream option: Leisure Travel Wonder FTB (it's so pretty)
I never thought choosing an RV would be this difficult.
Edit: We've narrowed down our choices to the Coachmen 23XG and the Winnebago 25B. We're more focused on the Minnie Winnie than coachmen because the Winnie has better energy options (we prefer to have our power evened out between generator, propane and battery/solar), better insulation, and ducted A/C. Will update further when we make our purchase. IF we do.
Our favorite is the Entegra Odyssey. Love that 30Z. That would be our vote for number 1. 😊
Bought the very first east to west 2200 Entrada and traded for the 2900 as soon as we saw it. Love the entrada so much my hubby started a group on Facebook “ east to west entrada owners” we even consider Tony and Lisa as friends ….. great company !
Love these 'award' videos, thank you. Sunseeker: twisty storage locks, n/s bed, outside kitchen, small kitchen inside. Forester: nice paint job, good tv position, lots of counter space, don't like the step up to get to bathroom and bedroom. Geneva: I do like that pull out grill, etc in the rear. Odyssey: We looked at one 15 mos ago, planned to put down a deposit too , but it had twisty storage locks, no auto leveling, and only one a.c, and sink in hallway (deal breaker), Odyssey 'luxury' now? Our salesman said the Odyssey is like a toyota and the esteem is like a Lexus. East-West is number one with twisty door locks, but nicie layout. After 16 mos still not found a Class C I like better than the Esteem 29V.
We love the Entegra Odyssey 30Z. It is our #1. Matt’s reviews helped us compare our future RV options and we chose this one. We went to Tacoma WA RV show in January 2022 looking for 30Z floor plan. Found 2 dealers with it Jayco and Entegra. Neither was at show but on dealer lots. After going to both dealers we decided on the Entegra. We were going to wait to purchase later. We were then told due factory price increase next one would be significantly more pricey. So we made the deal and it is in our backyard now. Looking for forward to making wonderful memories with it!
Why Entegra over Jayco? I am in same boat.
@@andrewlevine8381 Entegra has Window in bed over cab, Jayco not. Entegra pricing was was about 8k cheaper between two dealers in my area. Entegra service location better rated in the local area.

Good picks Matt. I have to agree 100% with the #1 choice. After seeing your video with Tony this past summer, we bought the East to West Entrada 2900DS at the Tampa fall show. Love it!!! Great first RV for us at a great price! And their customer service is outstanding.
Nice Top 5. My fav is still the Entegra. I’ve got the Entegra Odyssey 29K and I absolutely love my coach!
Love east to west for the 50 amp.
Love the bunkhouse model
East West Entrada 2900, replace U-shape dinning table with standard boot, replace cheap cabinet hinges with adjustable hinges, replace sofa with theater seats with 4 drink holders, charging station, move electrical outlet under dinning booth to a location where your feet won't get snagged on computer cords. slightly better night stands for your eyeglasses, bottle water and cell phone. Don't care for outdoor TV, that's more for places where you can be having a NASCAR party, not for your normal quiet RV campground.
Thanks Matt - this review was very helpful ! Thinking about going to a Class C from an Airstream 16RB. Really like the East to West Estrada and seems like a great entry level vehicle for the money.
I saw the Entrada 2900 last year when you debut the unit. I loved the price point. I met you at the Hershey RV show.. Tony Young was at the Entrada display and went with my husband and I into the 3100FS. We purchased the 3100 FS hoping mother would travel with us and she could use the bottom bunk. Otherwise, may have considered the 29 Entrada. Everyone loves the dinnett in that unit. Great price point. Nice color . Love the location of the restroom. So East to West Entrada 3100FS is my fav. Mat your debut turned me on to that product.

Who make a C with Fiberglass roof and automatic leveling ?That’s a must if I was ever going to replace my Phaeton with a C
I love the Geneva!!! The Entegra Odyssey is next. The East to West was interesting - in a couple of years, the company might take over the market.

I am not sure when I will be buying, but really want the East to West....Integra Odessy 27 U made my list at #4.

Love the kitchen in your # 5!!! I disagree with the #1 and #2 I think you have them backwards. I looked at all of them and watched ever review you did for the last 2 years and in January we got our entegra 30z and I love the amount of living space it has and could not find one that had more! I laughed when I saw this because yesterday I watched your top 5 a class yesterday and asked if you would do a class c not knowing you already did!! Great job you two!!!

The 30Z is our favorite Class C with living room that’s the one we’re buying this fall!!
Love that you picked a unit from that company as your #1. That particular model is too big for my needs, but I still love how they decided to lay things out. I talked to Tony a lot last June when they had the one model, and a bit again this past January, and he really does listen to people. I 100% believe that they took buyers opinions to heart when making design choices, be it TV location, no step up to the bedroom, interior materials and colors, and that dinette (which gives more seats facing the TV than a basic dinette if desired).
Their 2200S is my personal favorite, though I'd prefer an option for a sofa or theater seats, since it would be no more than two of us using it.
The only unit of the five that has sliding solid doors is the 30 z. My favorite because of that and the way it's laid out. I don't understand why they don't put solid sliding doors on all the units. That is My number one priority.

I do like the 50 amp on that last coach but the Entegra 30Z is an awesome layout. Love Entegra…I have a 2022 26M and I love it.
@Jeffrey Lebowski I bought it in July and I believe I paid $94, 000. before taxes and fees. I can go back and look at my paperwork.

Yes the 2 and 3 were a bit more nice and showy...but that number one was great...in April in Florida and AZ one ac and that smaller generator and not 50 amp has always been an issue with a C size for me, I have seen full timers in C's online and their heat factor and all the tricks with only one AC, window covers etc..not good to have to create a cave to stay 89 in stead of 99 ya know...I have to have at least 79 and enough juice for a fan on me... bet you could get your own theater seating if preferred and levelers....I did not catch that first time around..but do not remember your mentioning. All were wonderful...ok 2 more the small A's and Luxury A's..I love this.

Hi Matt! The Gulfstream Conquest 6320 beats all of these hands down. With Azdel walls, interior and exterior storage, counter space, the entire coach is usable with slides in, and something NONE of these models have... 2700 pounds of cargo carrying capacity. CCC truly separates this model from the pack. Time to give them a look!

Nothing like giving us a hint right upfront! Of course I didn't catch it until after I watched. Thor seems to have done a nice job with the Geneva. It would most likely be a toss up between the Geneva and the Entegra with probably price being the deciding factor. If I choose to move from a TT to Class C.

On that Entrada, all I can say is finally! It’s about time an RV manufacturer got away from the outdated dark wood tones and beige walls. It looks bigger and airy inside- rather than visiting grandparents house. lol

We (65 & 67 ) are a fan of yours . We are selling our like new 2018 Coachmen Prism Mercedes Benz sprinter 25 footer with 20 k miles after 3 years . Maybe an upgrade or not at all . But will get hold of u if we decided to get another new one .

I want a class c with twin beds like the mini class A is doing these days. Until then, I remain on the fence. You guys really do provide the best reviews!

The Chateau 25V is a class C that has twin beds in the back. Same floor plan as the Axis/Vegas 24.1 except it is on the Class C platform.

My favourite class C of all time is the Entegra Odyssey 26M - and it didn't even make the list.

All good looking units but it seems like these are all in the 30 ft range. I'm looking for something a bit smaller. I'm torn between the Entegra Odyssey 26m (even though it's a little big for me at 28 feet) and the Winnebago Ekko.

You should call this your MID-SIZE Class C awards. Smaller up to 26' is a huge segment and then there's the big boys, too! Then you can have 2 more Class C awards! Does East-to-West also have a fiberglas roof like the Forester and Sunseeker which also have Azdel? The problem with Thor products is the lack of Azdel and fiberglas roofs which should disqualify them despite nice floor plans. Does Entegra still have the fiberglass roof like they used to before Thor bought them?

Most of those outside kitchens might work for Will, but how about the 5’6” or less women that might want to cook there. If I put a large pot on the grill I wouldn’t be able to see inside it!
These are all really nice. How about doing the top 5 pop up for Joe six pack so he and his friends can take to the river for the weekend.

#5 Sunseeker - hate the corner kitchen and the outside kitchen.
#4 Forester - I like it better than #5. I like the countertop & U-shaped dinette
#3 Thor Geneva - I like the rear outside storage. I don't like the window over the cab bunk and I hate the step up into the bedroom area.
#2 odyssey, love the theater seats * TV placement, don't care for the L-shaped kitchen. It's ok. Don't like the window on the cab bunk.
#1, Entrada 2900, 2 ac is great. The u shape dinette is awesome great price for normal people this is a great motorhome. It's a new product to me but I will look at it in the future.
