Linkin Park has been my absolute obsession for years, in high school people who didn't know me personally referred to me as "the linkin park fan/guy". I have to admit that I was more into the earlier albums, but still... After 2017 I had a hard time processing all of this. Took me 2 years to relisten to anything by Linkin Park and finally shed some tears, but it still felt suspended in space and time for some reason. After seeing the first show back with the new lineup i felt home again. Happy to blast LP non-stop again. This gave a a sense of needed closure, not to forget the past, but to be able to celebrate it with a warm smile inside. I enjoy the latest few releases even more now, cause I feel like i missed on so many awesome stuff. So stoked for all of you and all of us. Welcome back.❤
Yeah, I feel that. I saw them on the Thousand Suns tour, but really got into their later albums after Chester's passing. They changed their style with each album after Meteora, but their new stuff mostly sounds like they're inspired by their own back catalogue. They're playing it safe, but the songs are awesome. Almost like what people wanted after Meteora, except with a different singer now.

I haven't been to their concert yet, but I've watched all their performances, and it feels less like a concert and more like a huge family party. They're all having such a great time and doing it out of passion. I don't understand how anyone can say they're doing it just for the money.

Can someone please pinch me? I still can't believe there are finally new LPTV episodes - from a LIVE show! Since 21 days I am so emotional about all the things happening. Finally having my favourite band ever back, new songs, got to see them live again. so many things that bring tears to my eyes. Emily & Collin, welcome to the LP family. You are so welcome!
It's so amazing to see how excited all the members get emotional and excited about these shows, but especially Emily and Colin. They're both so professional that It's easy to forget neither one of them ever did anything at this scale- as far as I know Colin has never been a touring musician with his own band in the past, he's always been a studio guy; and although Emily has a lot of experience thanks to her work with Dead Sara, her other band never got close to Linkin Park's popularity. Imagine in a month going from being an opening act to selling out stadiums🤯
Dead Sara headline smaller festivals in their home turf of Los Angeles. Some of the larger rock festivals they play on in Europe, especially when they hit Germany, has them above Halestorm and the Distillers on the lineups. I just think that Linkin Park fans don't realise how big they are as a band. Though not in the same scale as Linkin Park. But yeah, I wish LP fans had more of an appreciation of how popular Dead Sara actually are. Just not arena headlining. They just take support slots for bands like Muse to get a larger fan base.
@stephenhaggerty2004 There's a huge difference between supporting and headlining. When you're a support act, no matter how big the venue is- those people didn't come to see you, they most likely don't even know who you are. When you're headlining those people are screaming your name, they sing the songs along with you. It's a completely different feeling- not to mention that the Crows is smaller for openers, since a lot of people skip them and arrive late at the venue to only see the headliners. Venues are never even close to full capacity during opening acts. Also, Emily has said herself (in the podcast she recorded with Mike) that DS weren't successful.
OMG!!! Tattoo with sign of Chester 💔💔💔💔 So cool!!!!! Really jealous in a good way) And so want to hear all old songs again) Hope you ever would visit Tbilisi 🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪
Really glad we are getting to see a bit more of Emily's personality. She rocks it on stage, but definitely comes across a little shy so it's cool to get some insight!
Thanks to the entire Linkin Park team. And especially Mike Shinoda for continuing the work. Of course, no one can replace Chester, because his voice was... his voice was a guiding light among the darkness. And this is not a metaphor. Thanks Emily! Thanks to Mike and the whole team for inviting her. To honor the memory and continue. We are grateful, but the memory involuntarily squeezes out tears

I was hit with a wave of emotion watching this. Emotion for the guys, seeing them back at it like old times and still loving it. And emotional thinking of the nostalgia of LPTV watching Chester warm up for so many years.
As I said before, it not about removing Chester as he will always be with us fans and his band friends and family for life. It about turning into a new chapter. We cannot keep living the past, we all got to move forward and explore more of Linkin Park amazing to come!

Emily's high off adrenalin 😂😂😂
There's a guy with 54 shows supporting them and there are randoms who are not happy with the decision. LMAO
Alex you are part of LP now ... i tbink you mean our fans are really nice
this video is prove that everybody in the band is welcoming emily , not only mike like the haters says .
Love that Brad was there at the LA show to support his bandmates.
Holding on to what I haven't got!" Powerful
Good to see Brad's face. He knew that was a massive step up from Emily from the forum to there
Man, it's so nice to see them hanging out and cooling down after a show! You can just tell they like being there with each other!
Seeing them happy, fills my heart with joy and warmth.
Crazy to see Brad’s full blown afro fit into that beanie
😂
x2
I love how he keeps the Beanie from OML as well.
It's giving Brian from Queen vibes
Relieved to see Brad celebrating with the rest of the band.
OMG!!! Tattoo with sign of Chester 💔💔💔💔 So cool!!!!! Really jealous in a good way) And so want to hear all old songs again) Hope you ever would visit Tbilisi 🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪
The LP is not just a band it's a FAMILY ❤
I am crying tears of Happiness right now.
You guys are awsome and I can't wait for 15.Nov !
Love you Linkin Park, Love you ❤Emily
i love that encouragement from brad to emily.
I'm excited for Dallas, I got my tickets.
Enjoy🔥 I hope they come to Mexico next year 😢
See you there 🤘🏼
Really glad we are getting to see a bit more of Emily's personality. She rocks it on stage, but definitely comes across a little shy so it's cool to get some insight!
Loved linkin Park since 2000. And always will, words cant describe how happy I am that they're back
Thanks to the entire Linkin Park team.
I am so kicking myself for not getting up to the New York show right now.
but I'm still here, guys. welcome tf back.
OG street soldier reporting for duty
I was hit with a wave of emotion watching this. Emotion for the guys, seeing them back at it like old times and still loving it. And emotional thinking of the nostalgia of LPTV watching Chester warm up for so many years.
As I said before, it not about removing Chester as he will always be with us fans and his band friends and family for life. It about turning into a new chapter.
We cannot keep living the past, we all got to move forward and explore more of Linkin Park amazing to come!
Where are the fuckin haters? Are they dead?! Or drowned? Didnt hear a single fuckin word again 😤🤘🏻🔥
This is what they asked for
The haters are only in the internet 😂
I really can't believe we are getting more LPTV from live shows. Dream come true - and I hope I get to attend a live show soon!
Also I really hope that guy gets Emily's and Colin's tattoos!
Can't wait for the full world tour!
So glad to say I was at the NYC show. They played their asses off and it was amazing!
3:02 That guy is a total legend 💯
I was to young to enjoy old linkin park in person so it's good to know that linkin park is back on the road
1:52 Brad 🥺🥹🥲❤️
How old is he?
@@JustinLin-z9h
He's 47 along with Mike, Joe and Dave.
@@CHESTERandLPForever007 didhe retire
@@JustinLin-z9h
Nope, he's just not going with them on tour but is still involved in their new album and he also does ideas for every stages where they perform.
My heroes, wish I was there. Never seen Linkin Park perform with my own eyes before but hoping for a chance soon. It’s good to have you back!
How many international LinkinPark fans are there here ❤

this gives me hope that the future is bright. thank you Mike and Emily
Brad was there at the backstage. He just didn't show up on the stage.
yes, he's still a member of Linkin Park, still do the production and recording on their songs on studio, just decided to not do touring this time.
Did he give any statement at all?! So weird to be on promotional pictures but not in stage
@@oceanstaiga5928 yes, he did. It was a shared post between him and LP, so it's on both Ig accounts. He does what he always did on LP part of live shows.
@@oceanstaiga5928 He put a statement on the band insta. Mike later added in a discord QnA that Brad has never really liked noisy places, and that touring was something that got harder and harder for him over the years. Now that he's older, he decided that he'd rather just be involved on the creative side and not on-stage with everything that brings.
@@oceanstaiga5928 He did yeah. He's still their guitarist as far as recording goes, and he contributes to the songs in the writing process like he always has, he just doesn't want to perform on stage for whatever reason.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
THANK YOU! YOU ALL DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!
Yes, I love tour vlogs! I can't imagine the adrenaline they went through, and then to have small breaks here and there. That mini warm up was really nice. And about that fan that's been around since 2000!? That's quite impressive, and those tattoos of his are proof of great memories. Lots of people from different places and times, united again for these special moments. Keep up the good work, guys! 👏🏼
Brad was behind the scenes during the concert!! The sly silver fox!!!! :D
Damn, I'm 22 years old this year and i get to see the band i grew up with coming BACK!!! That's a long awaited wish, thank you so much! Now all i wanna see is "HER" sing "Wretches and kings" with that beastly voice of hers.
4:01 im there 😂
Mungkin bisa diperbanyak video seperti ini, kita sangat kangen dengan band ini, kita hampir mati menunggu Linkin Park bangkit.
Linkin park never dies🤟
Gotta come to Chicago or Milwaukee next year. I never got to see LP back then, and my daughter has become the biggest fan I would love to take her to a concert. It would be a dream come true..
Bro, I want this version of My December released ASAP
Emily with the zoomies while everyone's talking about how they could've played forever lmao
I'm loving the energy she brings to the room, this is gonna be a fun era. Good to see Brad still coming along even if he doesn't like being onstage. You all look so happy, it's infectious!
That's me :) i'm Sal ❤
@gocapsovie1 incredible segment. so happy for you, and wonderful work by all involved
@@sewsgup-by9wk thanks so much!
Linkin Park superfan, and Caps fan as well. What a legend
Mike calls you "Big Sal" - to quote him @ 4:18
The big Sal,
50 shows, crazy. The fact that anybody
would come to like a few shows of ours
it's quite a statement, much less the
number of that guy, don't think ...
😊 👌
bumping this to let you know you also got a shout on the Zach Sang interview uploaded today! seems I cant link it, but timestamp is around 53 minutes into the interview
Woahhhh nice to see Brad again❤
