Be careful. It’s best practice to tighten and loosen lug nuts before jacking up your vehicle. Not only is it easier because you use the resistance of the vehicle on the ground, but it’s also safer, as you can see in your video, the vehicle sways when cranking on the wrench, and could possible knock it off the jack or tip the jack over.
@jknob16 The stupid thing about this guy is he had to be told what a normal person would have done in the first place.he made himself look like a fool without our help and we all saw it.
Umm so.. what did you exactly see? The car was on the ground when I was torquing the lug nuts down and i didnt say anything because like you mentioned it was a "normal" and obvious thing to do so please don't assume and call people stupid or fool especially reading my reply to jknob16 as I explained it already. It really makes you look unintelligent and ignorant. But thank you for watching my video~ I appreciate that 😊
Great review brother. I had no idea that the OEM jack that came w/ the Subie was pretty insufficient. Definitely need to rethink a jack, and that one looks good. 👌
I’ve seen others saying that the oem jack is fine for stock size tires; but once a larger size that many of us run it no longer will lift them to clear. Great review on the product. At the moment I’m using some smaller pieces of 2x6 lumber stacked to give the oem jack a wider base and get it closer to the vehicle to offset the larger diameter
Put that jack under the wheel control arm. Lifts faster and safer. Put a jack stand under if doing brakes or other work I have it. Use it all the time. Threw away that scissor jack junk.

Great tip and yes, that is the best practice and the car was on the ground when I was using the torque wrench

Thanks brotha and yes, I didn't think it was gonna be that bad. Plus using a electric jack and a wrench is so much easier to change out the wheels.

Even with the stock size tires I still think it's little too short. But putting a 2x6 to give support and adding over all height is a great idea.
For something that looks so cheap, it sure was impressive! Great video just like all your vid's : )
It sure did!~ thanks for watching
Thanks for the review
