In this case, the college administration did the right thing. They investigated the event, even bringing in outside investigators, but did not punish or censure the suspect/victim while the investigation was ongoing. All of the fault lies with the perpetrator of the fraud and the BSU President.
All things considered the campus didn’t knee jerk into suspending either student whilst it was being investigated and gave her security between classes. Not a lot more they could do to keep her in class then what they did reasonably. I’d definitely sue the person who did the hoax though.

When they do the "race tolerance" talk during the hiring process, it is only directly towards caucasians. There is no role reversal in any examples in their entire training program. Then when new hires finally get in the door, it is made very clear that you will not be given the same opportunities as our "guests". It's absolute racist lunacy. No matter how much experience, schooling, or a combination of the two you might have, it is openly advocated that your whiteness will hold you back unless there are no other options. A morbidly obese black security guard started working at the building I work at. Our first interaction I smiled at him and introduced myself and he responded by shouting at me and demanding that I do my job a certain way. I was VERY confused. The next day he approached me and started yelling at me in front of my boss and a bunch of people saying that I didn’t do the thing he asked me. I was able to immediately prove him wrong and embarrassed him. From then on he started to harass me non-stop, even eaves dropping on conversations I had with my boss so he could go and sabotage my work. He treated everyone like dirt for about 2 straight years, all day every day. They had to separate him from his other co-workers. He sat on his fat ass all day spying on people on the security cameras and having his female co-worker do his duties for him. He reported me constantly for things he simply made up. I started to see him speak to other black clientele and would see them both look over in my direction which made me spiral and think well I’m just fucked if this psychopath is spending all his time spreading malicious lies and rumors about me. I would overheat him listening to shit about white people are colonizers and bs. I never even reported him, just thought he was so damn dumb he’d eventually screw himself. Then he started harassing a young kid that started working there without knowing it was the boss’s son. The kid reported him and they asked me if I had any issues with him so I told them all the bs he’d been doing. They did nothing. Then he started harassing me saying I reported him… which Was wild because he had been reporting me for bs on a weekly basis til they had to ask him to just chill. Finally he got fired like a week ago cuz he got like the 9 millionth report from a different person I think it was literally sexual harassment on the last one. A morbidly obese black security guard started working at the building I work at. Our first interaction I smiled at him and introduced myself and he responded by shouting at me and demanding that I do my job a certain way. I was VERY confused. The next day he approached me and started yelling at me in front of my boss and a bunch of people saying that I didn’t do the thing he asked me. I was able to immediately prove him wrong and embarrassed him. From then on he started to harass me non-stop, even eaves dropping on conversations I had with my boss so he could go and sabotage my work. He treated everyone like dirt for about 2 straight years, all day every day. They had to separate him from his other co-workers. He sat on his fat ass all day spying on people on the security cameras and having his female co-worker do his duties for him. He reported me constantly for things he simply made up. I started to see him speak to other black clientele and would see them both look over in my direction which made me spiral and think well I’m just fucked if this psychopath is spending all his time spreading malicious lies and rumors about me. I would overheat him listening to shit about white people are colonizers and bs. I never even reported him, just thought he was so damn dumb he’d eventually screw himself. Then he started harassing a young kid that started working there without knowing it was the boss’s son. The kid reported him and they asked me if I had any issues with him so I told them all the bs he’d been doing. They did nothing. Then he started harassing me saying I reported him… which Was wild because he had been reporting me for bs on a weekly basis til they had to ask him to just chill. Finally he got fired like a week ago cuz he got like the 9 millionth report from a different person I think it was literally sexual harassment on the last one. I didn’t feel like I had institutional power over him. Everyone knew they couldn’t fire him because he would play the race card, bunch of pussies.

Lawsuit. If school employees helped organize a protest that released her name as a racist, they are responsible for long term financial issues. That's millions in damages and those professors should be fired and also sued civilly. All future earnings go right to the victims until debts are paid.
