  • In this video I went out two afternoons to look for some some winter Sea trout. I did not have any luck with the fishing, but I had a couple of really nice evenings by the sea. Hope you enjoy coming along :)

      @@NorwegianWoods That's what fishing is all about. Beautiful nature,and hope of good catch. Nature is there every time,and sometimes also the fish.😊

    Well they call it fishing. They don't call it catching for a reason. Your cinematography is always so enjoyable to watch.

      Thanks for stoping by. We are getting kind of locked down here as well. Now I can't go to my nearest town (the one I went to in the video). Luckily I still have a lot of wilderness really close to where I live. I hope you will be able to go out soon :)

    Fat little roe deer. Just need a 223 and dinner is served.....
    I have only caught small sea trout in Oslo fjord, under 30cm. But you're outdoors and that's what counts. Cheers :-)

    • @NorwegianWoods
      @NorwegianWoods  4 роки тому +1

      It is funny how easy it is to get close to these roe deer when hunting season has ended... I made a nice roe deer casserole the other day.
      I guess most of the sea trout isn't all that big around here. I know some guys that manage to get som decent ones.

    Hi Martin, wonderful ro see you again and thanks for the video. Of course it is good to catch something but, for me, it is great just to be out enjoying your beautiful Norwegian countryside and shoreline. Better luck next time. Take care of yourself and stay safe my friend.

    In Canada where I come from, the fish are almost all gone. The bottoms of all the lakes and rivers look more like a desert with no plant life to promote food sources for the fish. Even the trees are snapping much easier because they are soaking up water contaminated by excess carbon emissions trapped in the rain fall. Cancer rates are ever increasing not only in humans but also in all aspects of life on earth. We are looking at the end of times as we know it, as seen by world chaos and is merely a symptom of what is to come. It seems the only difference this one man can do is to simple leave them all alone. I still like to cast a line though, even when I already know I will not catch anything. One day at a time I guess, with good luck to you and yours.!

      A lot of places it seems like we are changing our surroundings a lot. Most places around here we still have decent fishing. That doesn't make it easy to catch anything though :)
