The mystic rgb bar is so unique, I am planning to get this laptop actually but the 2021 version with i7 10th cpu, don't have enough money to go with the 2022 version though :( and the i7 11th configuration is not available in my country also no one want to pass it, lame.
oh shame 11th gen is not available, it is a decent step up from 10th and 12th gen is pretty much over kill for most people
@@MashITTech yeah, but I am not doing anything required a fastest cpu and only gaming so i think the 3070 130w on the ge66 with intel i7 10870h is more than enough, also the 10w less from the ge66 i7 11800h rtx3070 140w is probably nothing, maybe about 1-5fps different best right?
@@MashITTech i also watch the comparison between pcie gen 3 vs pcie gen 4 and it is just a 1-2s different so not important
@@MashITTech so I think the ge66 with i7 10870h rtx 3070 130w 32gb ram 1TB ssd full hd 300hz is still very good and rock in 2022
Yes you are right. You would be hard pressed to tell the difference especially for gaming. And yeah gen 3 vs gen 4 ssd is negligible
I got the ge66 3070
I think new legion 7i 2022 will destroy both MSI and Alienware.
Looking forward to the new 7i, wonder why they haven't released it yet, I had the 5i a month ago :(
That’s due to covid lockdown in china. There are delays in most of the high end laptops.
Ah yes thanks, I had forgotten about that
Nah, msi is going to release the new GE67/77 with the new intel H55 cpu like the legion 7i so no, the legion 7i will not destroy anyone, MSI is still going to have the best performance, Alienware best build quality and Legion with the miniled panel claim the best panel. They all on the same level just different pros and cons
@@thaibinh6585 I don't think so. The new legion has intel new HX processor, 1080p webcam, 500 nits display with G sync, Tons of ports, a larger 99 watt hour battery, what else you want from a gaming laptop. Plus it's thinner then GE 76.
Don't buy MSI products. You're left all alone when you get a defective product with issues. The company don't stand by their products. I'm stuck with a MSI GE76 top of the line model I bought two months ago from MSI India. Thermal throttles to a 100C and beyond under load and cuts down on performance. The intense battery drain caused a battery wear that is at 6 percent and it is irreversible. MSI India won't do RMA. MSI Taiwan doesn't respond to me and MSI USA says they're helpless. What a great way to cheat and bag $5660 USD from customers by selling a defective laptop. I'm moving to consumer court.
Unfortunately, Every company has that occasionally
This market is moving damn fast! 4000 series GPU's are around the corner. This is a very expensive hobby 🥲
Tell me about it, my bank is always empty 😂
