Forgot to say in last video. Don’t cover up the storage door in the family/tv room. It’s will be a great asset if you plan on selling. Many people don’t need extra storage but more will need it.
We just finished building in August and absolutely feel you on wanting to save the “please fix” requests for something big. When we moved in we had our sprinklers behind our fence, no grout on our fireplace, a crooked island etc. It gets better!!!! Now everything substantial is fixed and the biggest complaint I have is on one cabinet door paint job. Praying for you!!!

We’re doing some renovations and our decorator picked out Chantilly Lace for our trim (color matching with Sherwin Williams paint) - great choice!!

Jalycn Brooke you should tell your building come fixed yiur house it’s your house they should come flex like my sister and her house they never put down grey driver away she had to tell her building her have them put down grey driveway for people walk and put up deck they never have done when house was building you should tell you build jaclyn Brooke mandy
