Hey Jaclyn, can you share a contact for home a glow? I used your link to schedule a cleaning and it was the worst experience ever. I paid for the 4 hour clean and she left half way through without cleaning.(I have her on ring video coming and going) she ended up locking herself out of her running car and let herself back in my house. I was upstairs rocking my 1 year old and she came to the nursery door with my wrench in her hand.(clearly went through my stuff) I told her to please go outside and I’d call the nonemeegency police line to have them help her. She refused and told me not to call the cops. I was texting my husband in fear telling him to call the police. She stayed in my house telling me about her cps cases and open police cases. It took the cops coming for her to leave. My house was not cleaned, but more than anything I was scared for my safety. I’ve tried to reach out to their customer service multiple times with no response. I’d love if you could give me contact information for them.
