I cant believe I am like 98% pain free from this degenerative condition for the second time. I did use a taping method but with the KT and the original way in the instructions. I also used a few other methods that worked extremely well but they are not taping methods.
There are many components to plantar foot treatment. One plan I discovered which successfully combines these is the Natural Foot Wizard (check it out on google) without a doubt the most useful resource that I have ever seen.Check out all the interesting info .
Thanks for the Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Taparton Walking Foot Takeover (do a search on google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for Getting Rid of Plantar Fasciitis without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin at last got excellent results with it.

Thank you so much, I was hopping in pain before I did the wrapping technique. Very wonderful, professional, an informative information presented with a warm friendly appeal

It's really great that you guys are sharing this info because making a doctor's appt during a pandemic is a NIGHTMARE! Really, I can't thank you enough.
I’m a Kinesiotaper who was taught that a thin layer of original flavor of Milk Of Magnesia is also a good barrier for sensitive skin. Let it dry before taping. My instructor said the cherry flavor doesn’t work.
I have mild PF and am a runner. Bought brand new supportive shoes along with special new inserts to replace some old ones, doing some foot exercises and used THIS taping technique before my run as I'd get an occasional burning pain in my arch. ZERO ISSUES WITH THE TAPING! Thank you so much! I also have the Bob and Brad song stuck in my head. ;) Haha

here's a few ideas to try Try one of the natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be found at your local grocery shop, is a good anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in the class of plants known as Cox inhibitors. This means they help inflammation naturally. Another natural remedy for pain is Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme got from pineapples. If you drink the raw juice or eat raw pineapple, you can gt advantage from the natural pain relief of Bromelain. This is natural healing at its very best. (I learned these and more ideas from fergs foot formula site )
Those with irritation might can use skin prep first to place a barrier on the skin & prevent breakdown & irritation. Just make sure it’s 100% dry before applying any adhesives.
My 12 year old son has very flat feet and hardly any calf muscle development. He also has restricted foot flexion and gets very bad plantar fasciitis. It's actually disabling him. I'm going to try and get these products here in UK to try on him.

Go pack go!!! I think I have plantar fasciitis! I was on a walk and suddenly it was so tight and painful. Does the pulling ever run up the calf muscle?
I suffer the same effects. I've gotten into running and after a week, a pain started shooting from the inside of my foot to my calf muscle while I was running home. Safe to say it's probably PF.

QUESTION? ideveloped a trigger finger a few years ago after using a power tool for a extented time. Last December 2020 i was diagnosed with Bells Palsy, This past summer while walking on my new treadmill I have either developed Plantar Fasciitis or Tarsal Tunnel syn. My Question is are these related and what can i do in a natural patheic way to fix it.
Brad and Bob I have had planters fasciitis since 2014 and I have gone through shots in my feet, night splints for both feet, water bottles, lotion, PT, home exercises, it seems lime its not getting any better my left hip hurts so bad its hard for me to walk, my left calf is so bad its tight and sore, now my the back of my ankle is hurting and this is new symptom. I've tried it all I tell my husband I am ready to have the Dr. Cut my left leg off from hip to foot. I can't stand half the time. Do you have anything else
Bob & Brad, I always tweaked my back when I was younger and my back would hurt for a couple days, now that I'm in my 30's it happens every now and then when I lift weights and the pain is so intense I become crippled for 2-3 days. And it's concerning because Ive tweaked my back while lifting heavy weights which hurts extra bad. Do you know what is probably going on? Can I fix it by stretching and strengthening? Or do I need to stop lifting weights? It feels like I get a bulging disc, but I'm guessing that's not what it is?
A few things you can try is may be some core exercises. Try some goblet squats and see if that helps any. That is what I have been doing and I feel even more balanced out. Practically back pain free.
I know this method helps a lot . I have had it done. I continually get perineal tendinitis. Taping helps but how do I avoid it? I wear supposedly good orthotics. I go to the chiropractor 2x a month to weekly. HELP
