I have in my possession a book from the midwives board with regards to children being born during that era. 1900s. I would like to know the value of this book.

You lost me as soon as you mentioned 'bias'. I HATE the word bias. Every source is biased. Students need to understand perspective, not bias.

Wait until you learn about perception bias

Both exist and both can impact actions and influences....it's never innocent...you just show your preferences...
Your perspective can be wrong but it's still truth for you...it's a point of view...
Bias generally block you and impeach you to considering the reality as it's really is...
You can have a bias and still have a good perspective
With bias...you are just in your own world
Perspective too but you can still change it...
Bias take much more time to change it...
And both can be influenced and modeled by propaganda...even if you don't know it yet...
