Google Pay How to download ALL your Transactions and Activity

- I swapped over to a new phone a few months back and with that came a new NFC chip and the abilitry to use Google Pay Contactless Payments. In the Google Pay App you can ONLY see your last 20 In Store Transactions, so I was curious how much I was using the phone and Google Pay.
Fast and easy solution came on using takeout.google.com to download ALL my transactions and you can do the same. In this example, I am using Android and Windows 10.

Google should give a csv option for all transactions, not just the ones with Google. HTML format might be easier on the eyes but absolutely useless for any kind of analysis or budgeting.

When you download from Takeout, the file has multiple formats that includes CSV, so you do not need to select CSV as an option, then onc downloaded, open each folder to see the CSV file you are looking for.
I downloaded the google pay activity for me and my wife. But for both, there was no data. The files are empty!! Any clue. In our google pay app we see the transactions only till Nov 2020 for me and for her till Aug 2020. But we have done the transactions long before that. How to see those transactions?
sounds like you need to contact Pay directly: support.google.com/pay/gethelp .. i have no answer from what i have done, sorry

@@MikeDownes i have a person listed as a " pay contact " in shared payments appear its someone who had been a roommate and stole my wallet
Would he have to have hacked my google to add hinself as a " pay contact"?

the csv file of transactions is empty. i mean i can see the transaction details in "My Activity" folder which do have 100+ transactions, csv file is empty. Any reason / solution for the same?
