Really great to have plant based recipes becoming more commonplace! I will definitely be trying this recipe, it looks delicious. 😋 going vegan is so much easier now that there are loads of options. Very different to how it was a decade ago. For the animals, for the planet - go vegan! ❤

During adds I mean Lol 😂 sorry been vegan since 3 years old but I no longer force my beliefs on others because we are more likely to make them never consider it! You're preachy and act all holier than thou, even when you're not actively "pushing your beliefs" on people, A) you're still being annoying and condescending and B) absolutely not one person on the planet cares about your self-imposed dietary restrictions. If you're vegan, fine, be vegan, just please STFU about it and stop making it an identity.
I’m curious….if we all became vegan what is going to happen with all the cattle overpopulating the planet…..but even worse what about all methane gas emissions that the cattle can’t retain…..it is a greenhouse gas and it’s more powerful the CO2…I think we as humans will be screwed…..even worse if more people decide to take up smoking to calm their nerves with the crisis this dilemma will pose…I also love it when things are described as plant based when they actually are plants…..are we really that dumb.
Hey Cats PJ, that's a great question. The world isn't going to go Vegan overnight. As more and more people consume Plant-Based products, the demand for Animal Based products will drop, thus reducing the amount of animal raised for food. Animal agriculture generates nearly 15% of total greenhouse gas emissions. This is greater than all of the transportation emissions combined globally! If everyone were to go Vegan, 75% of the worlds farmable land would be freed up. With our current Food system, we have the ability to feed a maximum of 10 Billion people. Assuming the world went Plant-Based, we'd have enough land to feed 40 Billion People. Hope this helps :)
@@TruthSeekerJB….thanks for the info….but I was really just being tongue in cheek…..because a lot of people see things now-days as fads and trend….in the 50s (my era) you were plied with full cream milk, lashing of butter, pieces of meat from all kinds of animals some bigger than your dinner plates and made eat everything in front of you. There was no low fat reduced fat etc… There was even a fad of putting butter on your burns..why butter on hot skin that got hot and melted and made the burn worse was beyond inconceivable….and now we are into meat free plant based.

The only negative I see is what would be used to feed our nonhuman kids that actually need meat? Dogs can supposedly live successfully on a vegan diet, but cats are carnivores and literally need meat. So, unless they drew the meat used in their food in a lab, some animals would still need to be slaughtered, sadly.
Also, I have severe depression and anxiety. Have grown up around cancer sticks, yet have never once smoked. Nor do I use drugs or drink more than occasionally. Nerves are no excuse to pollute your lungs and the lungs of those around you.
