Super hearing should make him vulnerable to sonic damage. I never thought about electricity. Even super strong, he still conducts electricity and his flesh would still respond to it involuntarily. You probably couldn't taze him, unless you had a high enough voltage with fusion batteries or something. Aliens could do it.
Not necessarily, Joker only stays in Gotham to try and corrupt batman that he views as the ultimate threat to his world view. It's less he'd have less fun without him and more he died to quick or before Joker could turn him. There are other goody too shoes to turn though so he'd be fine after a week.

There's a reason why whenever Batman is either "dead" or missing, Joker just becomes a normal person. Batman completes him, he is the exact opposite of him. Opposites attract. You can make the argument that that can apply to Superman as well, but Supes has no problem putting Joker down. Even the Flash will do it if innocent lives are at stake. These two guys don't enjoy killing, but will do it if it means to save others. Batman has his moral code standing in the way of killing Joker. It's just like that anime, Monster, Johan wants to break Tenma's philosophy and bring him down to his level.

The funniest part about that speech becoming like Joker mythology is that in the context of the movie he was 110% bullshitting Harvey just to ensure he fell off the edge and became a villain. The dude's plans involve going inside everybody's mind in DC to see if Deadman hide a special artifact he wants inside it, and he went through the Joker just in case. And it's just easier to expose someone's mind by giving them something horrifying to think about. In case you were wondering, the dream involving Poison Ivy was her being a common domestic housewife...to Harley.
In the source material Joker was in his broke phase and wanted Lex to pay him for killing Superman. When he flubbed it and attracted Batman Luthor decided to cut his losses, invite Joker out for a payout and machine gun him for 'breaking in'. Joker and Harley got the drop on him and took a load of his weapons including those robots and a bomber that he had painted to look like a giant smile.

People get the DCAU interpretations of the characters mixed up with the comics. In the DCAU Joker, definitely wants to kill Batman. Even in the animated series episode where he makes the famous," without Batman crime has no Punchline" he immediately gets over it quickly.
The most believable part of this video is Joker intentionally putting himself and Lex in mortal peril because it feeds into the punchline of the joke. I wouldn't even be surprised if the Batman and Superman were just henchmen in disguise just so Joker could pull this of.

Lex Luthor and Joker being kinda-sorta friends is my favorite thing in and DC crossover. It always ends with them trying to kill each other but they immediately go back to working together in the next big Legion of Doom meeting.
