I was many times in Hungary and there is not much about Christianity. Especially the young generation are making party and have changing/different sex partners every weekand. And there are a lot of prostitution. The churches are only visited by old people.
You are right Hungary does have a weak military, but that is why there is now more and more investment into the defense capabilities of the country since 2016. As for the religious aspect. It depends who you talk to and where you live. Hungary was one of the most atheistic countries of the former Soviet bloc, but that was due to the heavy hand of the Communist authorities. As for your comment about Hungarian youth being debased morally and prostitution being everywhere. Where is this? Do you only spend time in a certain Budapest district that used to be home of the CEU? Hungarian youth like to party as much as youth in any other country. The same as kids in Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, or Iraq. I would say the nightlife in Hungary is even less than the nightlife in the U.A.E or Malaysia, both Eastern countries with a stereotype of Muslim rule. The further you go from Budapest, the stronger there is a relation to culture and church. A fact that is seen in the number of Hungarian students that attend religious schools. Almost 20% of Hungarian students attend Christian schools, but in Budapest that number is much lower. In small town and villages, that number can be as high as 30%. Back in 2000, just 3% of Hungarian students attended Christian schools.
