Q) God doesn't seem to answer my prayers, are they hindered like in 1 Peter 3:7?

Q) The Bible says, (Matthew 18:20) when two people pray together the Holy Spirit is present. Is the Holy Spirit not present when you are praying by yourself?
Q) Does God give people the silent treatment?
Q) Does the Bible specifically say prayer is a two way conversation?
