@islandqueen7342 I work with a lot of Jamaicans who have told me they will not return because of how many of the relatives or people they knew got unalived. We are having the same problem in Nigeria which really would be the preferred place. But so many have not returned because of that and kidnapping issues.
Stop being dismissive of LEGITIMATE ISSUES. Who do u think wants to remain here eating gmo food, a friendless and cultureless society. NO ONE! People are where they are because of circumstance. A Trinidadian complained of the same thing.
I have not given up though. I will find the right place for me so I can grow organic food and not be around people who's claim to fame is the latest designer bag.

How to make the oil.
They are right!!! This is very powerful! I had a small thinning area near the crown of my head when I started my locs. I have been consuming rosemary tea internally & also utilizing the spray. That spot has filled in completely and is filled in with thick curly hair in just a month! Old ancient and powerful knowledge! ❤ Thank you ladies!

@@jeccym8715 Great question! Since I have locs, i utilize it every 3-4 days. On edges, everyday should be fine. I also consume the tea internally 1x a day!

For my hair I soak rosemerry in olive oil for weeks . Strain then use it on my scalp. I also use it for whole body massage and arthritic knees & other joints. The tea is relaxing and aids in osteoarthritis.

I was using it on my hair every three nights and my scalp was healing. Then I started using it alone then my hair started peeling out. IT IS TRUE THAT IT CANNOT BE USED ALONE.
Yes it’s always best to add it to a carrier oil like almond oil, olive oil or sunflower oil because by itself it’s too potent

You do not boil rosemary or mint. Put the mint or rosemary in a bowl ,boil water abd pour on it ,cover and to steep for at least 5to10 minutes and u good to go

In today's world, unless it's specifically African names that mean something, many names seem to be made up from the black American culture... which is interesting too. @@hannahk1689 about three sprigs rosemary a tablespoon sage ( I use ground sage) two tablespoons apple cider vinegar and use it as a rinse, leave it in hair. I am 73 and hardly have any grey hair. It also helps to prevent breakage, it’s amazing. You can be generous with the Rosemary it could be more if you have it.
@@hannahk1689 Three or more sprigs of rosemary, ( I use it generously as I have two plants in my garden) A tablespoon of sage boil about five minutes let cool and add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar; strain and rinse hair, do not rinse out. It works I am 73 and have a few grey hairs. It also helps with hair loss and thinning hair.
