      @@shadeva28 A teaspoon of herb to a cup of water. don't boil your herbs, steep it, meaning boil the water then add the herb and cover for 3-5i minutes.

    they need to write a book about the benefits of the plants they grow. I would definitely buy one.
    This summer I am going to watch all the videos and write down the benefits.

    I use it for tea, excellent as a herb in baking chicken and lamb and on Oxtail. Rosemary soak in Olive oil for a few weeks (6) then strained is excellent for massage therapy for arthritis.

      @@marynambela800 Get some rosemary essential oil and dilute it and rub your pain. use the rosemary leaves for tea. watch the video again and see the many benefits you can get from it.

      @@marynambela800😵 I have similar problems... I saw videos indicating to go🤗 fully raw fruits and vegetables only, for 3 months to resolve most/all ailments... There are many videos on UA-cam; some ppl call it water foods... I'm going to start December 1st and let you know my results in March on this thread... 🙏🏾Pray for me...

    I am in the UK. My auntie have them wild in her garden. I also have two different kind in my garden as well. I use both to boil tea and I just have such a positive feeling about it.

    Please everyone try adding rosemary to your jamaican cuisine it is sibling of thyme and compliments it sooo well it will make your oxtail rice and peas ital stews soups everything greater than the rest/usual trust me

    Thank for Educating us on Rosemary I Live in Las Vegas it grows while over here I alwase brakes it and took it home put it in my home because of the sweet aroma I when ever I am jerking chicken 🐔 or pork I would put in the grill you could stay in Jamaica an smells it and the flavor it give to the meat it is unbelievable .stay strong and keep doing your good work

    I use a mix of rosemary, spanish needle, fever grass, christmas bush and ginger all boiled and used like water throughout the day or warmed as tea NO sugar or honey added

    My mother use Rosemary from my children 3 months old she give them rosemary tea first thing every morning

      Also as a child growing up the wild Rosemary smells heavenly.....when visiting grandparents I love help to sweep with that bush or my cousins and I we would just find us a bush and sniff all day long....heavenly...

    I thought it was Laurel, and not rosemary that goes into those halo-type head bands/crowns, back then...However, I can vouch for rosemary in many health infusions, including for boosting the memory.

      You are correct it was Laurel leaves used to crown the heads of ancient Egyptians. Also amusing that a drop of rosemary oil prevents babies from developing Down Syndrome. My husband can throw away his Viagra too! LOL

      Yes laurel was often used for the Olympian wreath. There are other plants such as myrtle and rosemary which were also used to make the crowns/wreaths. It is said that Ancient Greek students would chew rosemary leaves and wear rosemary garlands when writing exams. In Greek Mythology, rosemary was associated with Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty.

    This man knows his stuff didn't know these health benefits and most farmers are not so educational they just do it for the money. One of my daughter her hair was long enough but I notice it was getting longer .I ask her what she did ,she say the rosemary oil that I make she added it with pepper mint essential oil to her Dax hair oil,now it grows down to her waist .what I did was add rosemary leaves to some olive oil and it stays there and marinate

    The wild rosemary i know of and ussd to use to sweep yard is darker and the stems are woody (St. Elizabeth) so the ones he refer to must be the cultivated ones.

      We also have this one in st Catherine we always use it to sweep the yard my grandmother used it for tea. It makes nice tea

    There are two types of rosemary herbs. One is a ground cover, it creeps on the ground and one is a shrub that grows about three feet tall.

      The shrub can actually grow into a small tree, up to about 16 ft if left alone.
