    First time seeing mountain sop was in Gregory park,a friend show me. I was surprised and the juice was so nice,many things in Jamaica people aren't aware of and the use

    The way you drink your tea that's how i drink mine as well. Love the honey banana that's my favorite banana. Picking the leaves 4 days after the full moon and dry it, i'll do thay next time. Bless up rasta

    Right before he reached the comfrey plant the camera showed us a pretty red and gold fruit like looks like a corner on the right hand side that plant/flower is called beehive Ginger when you squeeze it it actually produces a natural shampoo/ conditioner. That along with a loofah pad there you have your bath amenities

    Lovely! Ras Clive is a fountain of herbal knowledge. Love the calabash bowl.😀 Back in the day, my dad used to use same to store cool drinking water. The water was out of this world especially when the day was hot and we were on the farm.

    I love this video! Knowledge is really power but in Ras garden I saw what is called “ Shampoo ginger. It is very rare. If you squeeze the pine blooms it produces a thick creamy liquid that can be use to wash hair, body and face. Do your research on it Mr. Samuel. It is very expensive on the market now and very healthy.

    I have a tree . I could drink that juice around the clock … taste similar to pineapple with a texture like melted jello. Very good for your joints too
