Cody Fulghum it's got a stick. It's only "automatic" because of the centrifugal clutch on the engine

It's called "gearing". That's why he said he was using a 12" sprocket. If you noticed he striped all the weight off the truck he could. I bet that truck is easily under 1000lbs. It's not doing holeshots but it will do just fine for putt putting around through the woods. He also has a 5 speed transmission that allows for even better output. Think of a 3 cylinder car and how they get around just fine.
the frame alone is gunna be 400lb at a minimum 150-200 per axle and tires and wheels are gunna prolly be 80-120 a so at the very minimum its 1020 lbs if you dont include cab(250min) and trans and transfercae another 300-350lbs so right there at its between 1500 and 1700ish lbs but im sure it puts around ok

@@Goldilocks_4.0 It's the original car clutch and flywheel. The flywheel was simply bolted to a pulley shaft which the engine turns via belt. All clutch parts are original to the vehicle.

I think he ought a hook a couple 29 horsepower vanguard v-twins crank to crank so you have better torque, enough power and re run the exhaust so bits bad ass and get a bigger gas tank. Then her golden

I looked for a sprocket that big and can only find used ones on ebay. I think its bigger than 12", more like 18"
Dude, don't. Under a belt drive. It's so much easier to maintain and if you build it right, a belt will last you hundreds of thousands of hours, also use the stock clutch. I've got a build going in my channel if you wanna see how it's done.
