- In this stillwater fly tying tutorial Cheech ties the Straggle Seal Bugger.
This fly is a really cool stillwater bug that will show you how to use a great seal substitute that looks almost like the real thing! We couple this with an awesome complex twist body technique that can be used with a variety of different materials. I like to fish these unweighted flies on all types of fly lines from fast sink to floating. Feel free to add weight or buoyancy to this pattern as your fishing style demands.

I am loving the new materials from semperfli this year. The new dry fly dubbing isn't the easiest to work but it will float a tank.
Love all the European stuff, Semperfli from the UK, Renomed from Poland and Stonfo brush from Italy. Nice technique will tie some Hummungus in that style. Thanks!
that material looks very nice.
Nice tly looks good
That dub tool is sick. I want
It is great, and you get an insane amount for the $3. It mixes well with others too. Great colors.
You should call this fly a “Ford truck transmission”........ because it rarely works.
That joke was so funny I fell off my dinosaur.
That fly looks AMAZING. Don't engage with haters bud. Do you have an online store? Do you sell your flies?
Why yes, yes I do, among other things. He called me a hater, Cheech...... thems fightin words.
Hahaha, my wife said you can borrow her lifted 4Runner while your truck is in the shop
