Maybe my experience can help you. I smoked for 34 years and stopped about 4 years ago just reading a book The easy way to stop smoking by Allen Carr, I know sounds funny but really works for me and I'm not sure is available in English online for free I found it in portuguese until today sometimes I can't believe I stopped smoking
