Would like to be buying/running business as I am a truck driver and think & act like an entrepreneur anyway already! Not only is my work life-risking I also must make decisions that impact the revenue constantly! It's also that next mountain to conquer it world to explore people write ab. in biographies or history books so it's much more interesting than average trajectory.

You could start a small company. Use your thousand bucks to drive around to realtors or companies and tell them you will clean for them. Realtors need people to clean out houses. It's usually the amount of the deposit on the place or the same price as a month rent on the place. It's cash. It's fast and you can get started easily. 800 bucks for a few hours? Get two people to do it and pay them 100 bucks each. Pocket 6 no problem. Did it in college all the time.

I work a job that pays between $110k to $160k....I work ~12hrs a day, and I’m a single parent. Honestly...should I just quit? If I quit, can I afford to quit with only about $80k liquid, I have no other assets.
