oKalski if you look at codfishs really old vids, his throat bass was kinda mediocre but within a year he made it super clean. Takes a lot of time and practice but anyone can do it with passion and practice :)
Use the throat bass over time as others already said but doing the same thing with your throat bass will help just that patteren. Challenge your bass by doing different things to train even more

For me the vortex whistle doesn't really use either of those sounds. Some people might be able to use them for it but I use variant of the slizzer roll with the side of my tongue.

I managed to do the sound and i can do it constantly. But whenever i do it after some time my throat hurts when a gulp. Feels like im having a flu. You didnt mention anything about straining the throat. Am i doing it wrongly?
1. Suck on a straw or your finger to get the lung action going 2. flex and relax your tongue, widen and tighten a few times 3. stick bottom of the tip of your tongue to the gums above your front teeth Do 3. Then 2 (relax, widen as much as possible), then 1. to get the sound.
Lmao I literally randomly did this by nature after doing like a tongue roll where I breathe out and not in, I just tried to do the same shit I do while breathing out just while breathing in.

Well this sucks, I thought I got this down a while back as my first beatbox sound but it turns our I learned the inward click roll and I can't learn this sound for another 4 months because I have a metal bar blocking that exact spot I need to put my toungue in because of my braces. I am sad lol
Also most people who do the slizzer roll do it on the side including me haha You're the first one that I know of who do it on the middle wait I know someone who does it from the middle but it doesn't sound powerful if yours sounds powerful after practice then you're the first one xD Another thing the side slizzer roll you can't mix it with inward bass nor vocalize it so that's a benefit and the final thing like you said the tongue position that you do is different I put the a bit of the upper part of my tongue on the roof of my mouth PS don't take this like a hate or smt just sharing what I really think
Haha I started so learn vortex bass that costs me like 2 months to get that sound acceptable and like 2 weeks later I make the inward click roll randomly and are 2 months now on training today right now I see this video because azel answered to a comment and he says this was the hardest sound to learn for him and I get it like at the 3 try I don't know why but tongue sounds are not this hard for me to learn so I think it exists a huge difference from person to person in learning these sounds and that freaks me out because I do a rly good and hard lip base (that's what my friends say) but a liproll is since 2 years impossible for me hahahaha. love ya video man ty for this ❤️🙏
Lol. I learned how to do the slizzer roll when I was bored as fuck during a math class. I was making random inward noises with different mouth and tongue positions . XD I learned how to do it after an hour of messing with it 😂

Tongue bass vibrates a lot faster then the slizzer roll. The slizzer roll has to be stuttered a lot more!

The similarity between slizzer roll and the click roll is pretty high. Slizzer rolls are just tight click rolls in the middle.
