Super cool usage of the casings - Just a "tip" if you prefill the casings and let it cure it cuts down on bubbles and the dreaded "shrinkage"

So... you bought a higher priced pressure pot because you're worried about it going boom. Fear of hot flaming death is a pretty good reason for paying more for a piece of equipment. rofl. That does look like a good pressure cooker, though. Hey, I wonder if an actual pressure cooker with some heat applied would make your resin projects cure faster.
