Well Sonny was in the wrong in this one. He put himself in Texas for 6 weeks for fighting the guy in the bar. On top of that, there were higher ups from DEVGRU at the bar also. And also Jason was in the wrong later in this episode. He has no right to tell Clay how his career in the Navy or in the SEALs should be.
Ya but what happens when one brother decides that years later he's done and wants to do something else so he can let's say spend more time with family.
A little of context. Annoyed at Clay for being in a relationship, Sonny goes to a bar in Washington, while Full Metal and Trent follow, to keep him in line. He picks a fight with the patron. A couple days later their Captain punishes him for it. Sending him to Texas for six weeks, despite the rest of the team going on long-term deployment to Afghanistan. At the sendoff barbecue, he accuses Clay of ratting him out, and demanding why no one is standing up for him. He starts a few more fights before storming off.
I think Clay's girlfriend, Rebecca, was the one who called the DoD. 1) Who else would know exactly who to call? and 2) she wants to kind of break up Bravo team so Clay has a reason to leave & pursue STA-21.
Actually it was someone from the bar... it’s a know bar that marines hang out and not to mention the room was full of politicians and witnesses lol sunny is out of control and was in the wrong ... beside she wouldn’t need to eat o it sonny to get him to leave the team ... he wants this for himself and he isn’t Jason, he wants a family and a life not juts bravo
All of you complaining about sonny but i can totally understand him all he had was the team and brotherhood, and now his best friend clay is snitching? I would be pissed too. Poor sonny
Everyone's saying its rebecca who snitched....i'm here thinking maybe it's Vic??? Huh?? Anyone remember Vic? Sonny got all up in his face when they found out what Vic did. All i'm saying is it could be him. What's rebecca gonna get out of Bravo Team's breakup? Nothing. Vic can get his 'revenge'
For me Vic is behind this. I think he is watching the team and he made the call to DOD to report Sonny behavior at the bar with the loser guy. He want the team to break apart one by one.
Slate Ian interesting theory. But how would Vic know? He got his trident stripped which means he wouldn’t be in VA anymore since he’s no longer a seal. And the incident took place in DC. Only way Vic would know about it is if someone on bravo told him. Outside of Ray, no one wants anything to do with Vic. And Ray would never jeopardize his team
@@Aceanitor Actually, unless it's a formal discipline issue as in a write up from an officer, Vic will just get kicked back to the regular Teams, he will keep his Bird. He may be allowed to reapply to Green Team at a later point.
@@mjcandy9153 I think it's safe to say it wasn't a formal write up, since blackburn called it justified, but even if he did reapply to, and passed, green team, nobody would want to operate with him
Clay’s girlfriend is fucking with his head, he forgot what matters most. He’s always been way too ambitious and selfish and it shows more and more. I’d rather have guy like Sonny watching my six.

I myself haven’t actually finished the series yet. I have a few more episodes to go. There will be a season four but I don’t know when it will come out. For his sake, I really hope Clay doesn’t leave.
I think more so because in a recent episode, Sonny confronted and shoved a guy at a bar for stolen valor, and Clay was there.. therefore, the top commander found out about that and decided to discipline Sonny by having him off bravo team for a little while; in addition, Sonny has had a reputation and history for angry behavior.. Sonny highly suspects that Clay snitched on him about what happened at the bar..

Sonny always been that way and they've always made excuses for him. Hes been on a downward spiral for a while now and I don't like the way he treats Clay these days. Used to really like Sonny but hes been getting on my nerves of late.
Finally somebody said it. I love Sonny but he doesn’t really have a family or much of a life outside bravo so its easier for him to say that nobody else should think of something else. And seriously, when Rebecca said she knows Clay’s future: Jason Hayes....it made sense. Respect to men like hayes but why would a guy like spenser want to be him...really.
@Maxx P. That doesn't mean that Clay should stay there throughout his career, you are allowed to take advantage of opportunities when it arises. If being in the team is what Sonny and Jason want then good for them. Let Clay follow his own dreams.
