LEGUMINA | Foam cake without baking made of eggs, sugar and gelatin. Just yummy!

Hi, in today's video I have for you a delicious recipe for a no-bake cake, which in our family we call "legumina". This is a recipe from the old days, you may associate a similar cake, it was sometimes called foam cake, marshmallow cake, etc.)
It is a cake made of eggs, sugar and gelatin, very simple and really tasty. This is easy to prepare dessert melts in your mouth and it has a fluffy texture. It's the perfect choice when you have a lot of eggs :) Below are the ingredients:
Ingredients for foam layers:
- 8 eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar (approx. 300g)
- 50g of gelatin
- 350 ml of boiling water
- 3 teaspoons of bitter cocoa
- vanilla sugar (16g)
Ingredients for the cocoa glaze:
- 1/2 stick of butter (100g)
- 1 bar of dark chocolate (100g)
- 1 bar of milk chocolate (100g)
(Instead of the cocoa glaze, you can dissolve the jelly in the any color in less water than on the pack and pour it on top after the other layers have hardened. It also tastes great!)
Additionally:
