What Jan did to elevate the competition of this sport, Lionel and Talbot have done to make it spectacle to the masses. There were no "training channels" before this one, and certainly none documenting athletes of Lionel's caliber. Even as a world medalist and veteran champion, Lionel has faithfully shared his story with us, allowing Talbot to capture the most stunning displays of humanity and passion the sport has ever seen. Such an accomplishment can only come from their vulnerability and sacrifice, to which the sport of Triathlon will be forever grateful. Thank you Lionel and Talbot ❤.
Met Lionel for the first time in Mont Tremblant 2015. They told his life story at the athletes supper and there wasn’t a dry eye in the building. So much respect for him.
Yesterday I finished my first long distance triathlon. I got into the sport 5 years ago through your videos. You were a great motivation for me! Many thanks for that!
Anything Lionel Sanders, I have to stop and check it out. This guy is incredible. Pushes to the absolute max, brings himself to tears in a training session. Bad ass. You are awesome, Lionel. I've just discovered you recently while I was on here searching Ultra running and hybrid training. Hope to keep seeing new things from you. You are one of the athletes that has inspired me to start running, cycling, and swimming. Thank you for your bad ass inspiration.
As a father, I cried at the number one moment. So awesome, very special. Thank you Talbot and Lionel for the content, nothing like it in the world. The day it stops there will be a huge void. Thanks again ❤✌️
Thank you Lionel and Talbot, these videos have inspired me and so many others. It has shown us that it is normal to have up and downs. Resilience is the word that comes to my mind when i think about Lionel. Also, watching this top 15, after every single one i was like "THIS is my favorite highlight", then came the Kona highlight which was really nostalgic for some reason. And then Erin, we all know how important she is to you so this felt very special! Thank you for everything ❤
Thanks indeed to lionel and talbot and all the poeple around them. As a passionate agegrouper i have loved every single video. What an amazing and inspiring journey
So many great moments here but the one that hit me was 16:11 in, with Lionel and Erin striding towards the start line. Any one who tries to achieve anything knows how much it means to have someone beside you every step of the way. The sheer purpose in Erin’s stride must fill Lionel with courage and belief. Fantastic edit @TalbotCoxMedia
I follow LS since 2016. In this year, he won IM Arizona and finished with course record and sets a new IM world record. Since this time, he inspires me and give me good vibrations . With Talbot on his side, he became the best UA-cam Athlete. Still an athlete, not a UA-camr for me! Thank you very much! Good luck for Kona this year! I’m looking forward to the next 6 years 😊. LS is a legend!
Wow, truly one of the most unique and authentic sport UA-cam channel out there. I think that beyond the results of Lionel, it’s really the motivational side and the realness of the videos that makes them so great and so fun to watch. Up, down, joy, angriness that’s really what’s endurance sport is all about. Thanks for the motivation, even tho I’m not a triathlete myself, I think these videos are a source of motivation whether your into the sport or not -Big fan from Quebec City Canada since 2018
From a 66 year old retired from triathlon, because of videos like this the sport of triathlon still gets me excited to follow the greatest sport on the planet.
Lionel, Blu and Gustav comedy were the best. Kona Vlog recap is #1 on my list. The music and summation of the week were epic....and a tear-jerker. Keep up the good work guys!
Makes me sentimental watching this and thinking about my own journey and how big a part Lionels videos have played in inspiring me to become a triathlete. Maybe wouldn't even been here without you, so thank you!
So glad the crying in the pave cave made it. Its what got me hooked on Lionel's videos and havent missed one since. But not only how I got into Lionel's videos but also triathlon. Seeing how far someone can push themselves led me down a path of pushing myself and I love it. So massive thanks to you Lionel and Talbot for all these years. Here's to many more.
My son (13 at the time) and I had the pleasure of meeting Lionel at the Collins Cup. Although he is maddening to follow at times (my son and I often joke, "ok no more rookie mistakes") His sincerity and genuineness and just being such a great guy is so evident. I wish him and his family much health and happiness and more great tri memories
#1 is awesome of course, but the final ‘22 Kona Vlog was beyond epic and gave all the feels. Incredible filming, guitar playing, ambience, story line and people involved. Keep up the amazing work Team Sanders! ❤️🔥❤️
"Gotta quit using the F-word" 😁❣"sports are fun" 👊 "that is free & available to everyone right there" (approx. 13:00) 💪🙏 Thanks for the memories, LS, Erin, Talbot and all the fam/crew...we look forward to a bunch more! God bless, Megan 🙌
This was fantastic!! Superb job Talbot!! I love the humility and transparency that comes through each of these videos. Thank you for taking us along for the ride!!
#5 while training for Mont Tremblant is still my favorite - the whole “you might puke, you might have a heart attack” then the challenge of him trying to see if the mind or body is stronger - still motivating to this day
Hey Lionel. You inspire the heck out of me. I want to find out what I’m made of, and so I’m coming after you with everything that I’ve got. Best of luck this season
Anyone else here also able to pinpoint the year and nearly the exact month some of these Top-15’s videos were dropped bc they’ve watched them so many times? 🙋🏻♂️😂😂
Fun video but I was really looking for the time Lionel took the lead on the bike during the indoor Super League Tri. The look on his face...priceless:)
Didn't make the cut but for me it was the Arena Games Montreal. Everybody seems to have been laughing at Lionel because of his swimming skills compared to those ultra short distance guys, his weight cutting beforehand,... Nobody was laughing then when he put on a show on the bike and plowed through the whole field leading that race for a while. True grit against all odds
When Lionel was ice-bathing with the Norwegians and they were breaking his balls, "Mr. No Limits doesn't like the cold. Mr. No Limits doesn't like the wind. Mr. No Limits doesn't like no wetsuit swims, etc.". And who can forget "Undoubtedly". Great stuff.
Just when my nagging injuries ( and Age) had me thinking it was time to step away from Running and Triathlon, I came across Lionel's UA-cam channel. These videos have recharged my batteries like never before. I've watched every single video and got my ass back in the game. Thanks, Lionel and Talbot for the motivation to never give up, do what you love, and work hard.
Yeah, I voted for the Windsor Road sign. I've now found out from my (Canadian) wife that back in the day ... taking road signs after a big night out was actually a thing! I didn't know that😄😄
Thanks for the incredible 6 years! Can't believe the memories we have made during this time! Let's do it for another 6 now!
What are the Iden brothers doing in September??
Thanks Talbot for the great Vlogs. Great Job, but one question did Jan start yesterday in Roth🤣😉
AND... IMLP vlogs?!? 🙏🙏
You guys will never know how much you helped and motivated people. Saved my life
are you going to post links to each video so it be cool to rewatch a few of them easy
Crying in the pain cave is how I got introduced to Lionel-unmatched intensity… nobody wants it like Lionel wants it
Same here 🙋🏻♂️
Lionel is the best thing that ever happened to Triathlon... period. LFG
You have transcended triathlon undoubtedly. Thank you Lionel and Talbot
When Lionel stops posting videos I’m deleting YT forever

Got to say your DQ video for 70.3 worlds 2023 was a master class in attitude. Hard moment, awesome video!
Big yes to the Kona Vlogs - the Vlog 10 from 2022 still one of the most emotional YT vids out there. Keep up the great work guys.
Talbot has been a great friend of Lionel’s for many years, so let’s get him in on a few!
Met Lionel for the first time in Mont Tremblant 2015. They told his life story at the athletes supper and there wasn’t a dry eye in the building. So much respect for him.
how can u not appreciate an athelete like lionel, he makes everyone work harder and is the essence of competition
damn this compilation hits hard. so many years of inspiration all wrapped into a few minutes. thanks talbot & lionel!
Kona for sure and Mikal’s guitar solo were absolutely top notch ❤ I hope he and Colin are both doing ok.
I loved that video.

Can we just an episode of lionel reacting to slowtwitch comments?
lol yes
Thanks for the memories, Lionel and Talbot. You're both the reason I am so obsessed with triathlon.

Thanks for an amazing journey. Keep grinding all the way to the top in Kona!
Love me some Lionel and Talbot! Thanks guys!
Good to watched the video alone in my panecave, dropped some tears in the end
this was fun. thanks guys!

AWESOME!!! WE WERE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY-- I'M NOT CRYING!

Talbot offering Lionel the eBike in Ironman CDL was gold dust
To me you are inspiration. Keep it going until it’s giving you joy 🎉
Love it! You guys are doing an amazing job, keep up the great work. Highlight of my day when one of your vids show up on the feed. Thank you
i cried with this vid. thank you guys for inspire me!
Kona vlogs are some of the best triathlon content ever made, please more this year!
will always be a fan, thank you for your wonderful content and insights!
#1 is awesome of course, but the final ‘22 Kona Vlog was beyond epic and gave all the feels. Incredible filming, guitar playing, ambience, story line and people involved. Keep up the amazing work Team Sanders! ❤️🔥❤️

Damn I remember reading Lionels web blogs way back. Thanks for bringing this all to life @Talbot
Big Love
Thanks for all the years lionel, following since 2017 👍🤘😎
What a force of nature!
Regardless of winning or losing, it’s always a pleasure watching Lionel being laser focused on what ever it is he’s doing!
Great stuff! Loved it! Having your reactions filmed was the best!
Looking back, I cannot believe how many incredible Lionel moments there have been. Unreal!

Great video - I remember most of them. Call me sentimental but my favourite is no 1 - beautiful moments of love and peace. Cheers

The volume level is as consistent as Lionel's swim splits.
Ha epic! Nicely made

Tks ❤
Yess, Kona vlogs! But dont let Lionel get carried away doing things he never does or likes like ice baths. All eyes in the prize over there!!
Lovely

Been there all the time
Just when my nagging injuries ( and Age) had me thinking it was time to step away from Running and Triathlon, I came across Lionel's UA-cam channel.
These videos have recharged my batteries like never before. I've watched every single video and got my ass back in the game.
Thanks, Lionel and Talbot for the motivation to never give up, do what you love, and work hard.
Great ❤!!!
Still keep going back to the top 2 all the time. Kona final vlog & you & Erin but one missing for me, No Limits pt.1 👊
Beast
Asked for it like 3 years ago no way you guys did it
❤❤❤
DAMN who cried also at the end 😢😢
Yeah, I voted for the Windsor Road sign. I've now found out from my (Canadian) wife that back in the day ... taking road signs after a big night out was actually a thing! I didn't know that😄😄
Kona vlogs were the absolute best
