I love the work you do even when I hate the news you bring. May I just ask one question with three parts. Why in the hell were the Ukraine Generals lack of foresight on building fortifications? 1. Why does Ukraine never ever seem to use a active defence? 2. Why are the people who are living everyday life not in a trench digging it and building fortifications. Those in the Western part just unwilling or to bothered to care? 3. How come it seems that there is a call for people to be enlisted and traineed in Ukraine and abroad to get soldiers out there? And make a conclusion that talking about you BS ideologies for expanse of someone's else lives is at least immoral. I would understand if a creator as well as thousands of other poles was violently conscripted (by kidnapping from a street like it happens in Ukraine) and found himself in trenches and then continued talking his shit about freedom and democracy, that at least would make sense. But those people enjoying their lives and indifferently watching deaths of hundreds of thousands of their immediate neighbors and justifying it with some shitty demagogy demanding continuation are at least disgusting.

You're right. It does not have to continue. Russia needs to stop acting like fking Mordor and LEAVE UKRAINE. Then the war stops immediately. To think otherwise is to be a Russian disinformation agent, or one of their victims.
Ukrainians must carry out thorough reforms. Not only internal but equally important regarding contacts with allies. I am thinking here of too much reliance on the volatile mood of Americans and, at the same time, unjustified self-confidence in ruling towards some EU members. The recent changes in the government, which resulted in the weakening of the parliament and the seizure of more power by the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (Andriy Yermak), with the simultaneous visible exhaustion of Zelensky himself, is not necessarily a step in the right direction. If things don't go your way, staying in your own information bubble will make the necessary reforms more difficult than easier.
It's easy to distract the American public. The Kursk invasion/incursion really helped with the perception that Ukraine is winning the war. In reality this war is more complex. Russia will eventually get Kursk back but whatever land Ukraine loses, even if it's small and at a large cost of Russian soldiers, it likely will have a small chance of getting back in any peace deal or negotiation. Ukraine has received all of this equipment, weapons, tech, and money (Euro and USD) and still haven't taken advantage of all this. They fumbled last year in their spring offensive with western equipment so there's still plenty of incompetence's in both the government and the military.
You didn't pay attention... the Ukrainian government had enacted various reforms. Some of them are for bringing their regulations closer to what EU wants.

eastern ukraine is so heavily fortified that it doesnt matter how much ground is taken in a short time but what strategic defenses are captrued, both sides loose very little territory for massive causalties. the whole succes of the russians in the southeast has been due to the fall of the fortress town of avdiivka which protected pokrovsk, the area behind of avdiivka till the dniepr and the eastern flank of vuhledar. for comparisons the russians broke through severodonetsk more easily in 2022 but it didnt archieve much since the city was strategically worth less and didnt protect any other fortress city or large area behind it. the fall of vuhledar will push the russians to the dniepr and threaten the western part of zaporozhie which the ukranians fought so heavily about in the 2023 counteroffensive. and veen worse pokrovsk will open the door to the southern dniepr for the russians
Only significant changes were retaking of Kherson, and Kharkiv offensive.
@@sircatangry5864 yep, and with the failing of last years counteroffensive the momentum and expectations on the ukranian side sadly run out. the western partners ,who themselves blew the counteroffensive, expect the ukranians to succesfully defend all towns in donetsk without questioning the amount of aid given and that it doesnt make a difference because this is a war of attrition
@@geediosman6415 "the fall of vuhledar will push the russians to the dniepr "
what is you timeline for this?
What month/year do you think the russians will reach dnipr from Vuhledar?
@@PappaTom-ub3ht Could happen in 2025 because after Pokrovsk there are very few fortifications. The big fortified lines that were built in 2014 are what were keeping the Russians at bay so long. After those fall, which they almost entirely have now, it's going to be downhill the rest of the way.
I‘d like to think EU could do something for Ukraine, as well. Heck, I‘d think that if the Baltic States, Poland, Ukraine, and Georgia were an alliance before Russia invaded, and Ukraine didn‘t believe the western promises in the Budhapest Agreement, that Ukraine would have ended the war much sooner. Israel certainly knew better than to trust the west to protect them!
The EU is weakened by decades long peace dividents and russian puppet regimes (mainly Hungary) sabotaging it from the inside.
No, it didn’t cause an earthquake - that would have required a fault to shift. Instead, the explosion just shook the ground enough that it was registered on seismometers.

Like just looking at the upload scheedule is enought to tell me that his videos are not made to give a very detailed and updated view into the exact limits of the frontline but rather give a more generall and startegicall view into the war situation. This is why the topics covered go beyond just strictly military ones but others such as socio-political ones.
Sincerly, you should check your biases that you have. I have watched a lot of other channels, some pro Russian and some other very pro Ukranian and this video is very neutral and unbiassed compared to all the others.

Haha seriously. Making shit up and pulling numbers out of their ass. I don’t see how people think Ukraine is winning, ever was winning, and how they could win at this point. Ukraine is getting less and less aid each month, and their soldiers are getting exghausted. There is no possibility Ukraine wins without NATO getting military involved.

From both sides really. Russia has hurt its image and European economic power for well damaged goods and ukraine is loosing substantial amounts of land, manpower, and resources. In some ways thier fault for not signing a peace deal after the last years offensive, on the other hand western powers have absolutely proven fairly incompetent in terms of sustained support.

The author is mad. As a one living in Ukraine I wish poles (I know that the author is the one) understand (not saying experience for now) what the war is, what having cemeteries from horizon to horizon is, what having hundreds of thousands of amputates is, what having every family losing father, son or brother is.

Ukraine will never be let into the EU, same as Turkey
You didn't pay attention... the Ukrainian government had enacted various reforms. Some of them are for bringing their regulations closer to what EU wants.

Thanks for the non-progandized information. This is real journalism. The Kursk offensive is impressive but it seems, imo, like a pubilicity stunt to distract from the real big picture... Pokrovsk.
Not really.
For one, it shut up the stupid trolls arguing for Ukraine giving up land. They now can't ask Russia to agree to give up a portion of Kursk. So the conflict is locked out of a biased, false peace. That's a huge achievement.
Two, it slowed down the salient progress toward Pokrovsk. Even you cannot deny that.
Three, the Kursk offense brought time and morale for the Ukrainians and proved to their allies that they are worthy of investment (as if they didn't already deserve our help in the first place, but you know we have traitorous naysayers among ourselves willing to sell Ukrainian blood to appease a madman).
