my scores are highest when i keep everything totally separate when possible. even within same color, you only need a few cars going to a destination. if its close enough, you can get away with just one house for a square building for quite some time. you don’t need to connect all the houses. too many makes traffic. 5-6 is really the max per building you should have connected
same! though once you get to the point where they start surging, I find it helps to have as many houses as possible connected to circles. that and embracing diagonals to minimize route length (RIP beautiful right angles) gets me to >2000 pretty consistently.
I don't like this kind of game driven by RNG which creates nonsensical conditions. It just irritates and frustrates me. I might like a mode with a varied game loop that assigns buildings but lets you choose where to put them, maybe even restricted by some options. But idk, there's just not much to keep me interested.
There is a fair amount of manipulation you can do, but the fact that you need to look up what do to and what it affects is kinda frustrating to me. The challenge maps at least have fixed RNG so you always get predictable results. Even so, I have to say the game is surprisingly chill, if you accept that it's going to collapse eventually.
Head Down Under now and checkout the new Mini Motorways Map if you haven't already! store.steampowered.com/app/1127500/Mini_Motorways/

I'm the opposite, I really enjoy the challenge, even though I get frustrated when my plan doesn't work out. Still trying to hit 2k points though 😅

This the new satisfactory update? 😂
Not quite :p
Are you Brian Cox? You sound a lot like him.
I wish I was that intelligent.
