He has 22 thousand years of combat experience and knowledge of Sol from his former life as Uldren (where he also as spymaster for The Reef), spent time living with the Eliksni, trained under Saladin and served as Vanguard envoy to Caitl, was chosen by the Traveler to receive a custom ship and Hawkmoon, and (for better or worse) was mentored by Savathun during her time posing as Osiris. the most successful gaslighting campaign in destiny history
would he be cayde - 7 now? lol
Oh yeah give it to Crow... I am sure there are no Guardians who have served the travelor longer than him. Now if they were making him Vanguard BECAUSE he is Queen Mara's brother, fine... but I still cant stand this character.
It's not the time served. It's the impact they made in that time. Crow has had major impacts on the story and that's why he's the next vanguard. The only other logical option would be our character but they can't do that as we may not be a hunter main
He was the only hunter to step up and take over Cayde’s old patrols and work to organize the hunters in his absence. Finally, he was offered the role by Cayde after earning his respect.
Bungie hasn’t always landed Destiny’s stories, but the six year arc of Crow’s development into the new Hunter Vanguard is the best writing they’ve ever done.
They make him believable he was very uncertain of himself even moresoo after he learned of his past. Still he stuck with it and came out on top. Gotta give him some props for that.😂
@@myles5276 Exactly! I hated his guts as Uldren but started rooting for him once I read that lore entry about his struggles as a new light. Being beaten down and killed over and over again and learning to hide his face with no idea what he’d done wrong, then enslaved by Spider made me feel for the guy.
Even after he finally made it to the tower, he didn’t have an easy go of it and faced adversity at every corner- they could’ve really messed this up and made him a “Gary Stu” who’s just magically good at everything and right all the time, but they really made him earn it. That made it so satisfying to watch him finally fulfill his Destiny.
What part of NO HUNTER WANTS THE POSITION did not sink in for you.
Technically we should be the new hunter vanguard because uldren killed Cade and we killed uldren so we would be the new hunter vanguard not crow
Nah bro read your comment again. That’s now how the vanguard works
He NOT my Vanguard, never will be.. They got rid of Cayde again WAY too soon.. they could have waited till act 2 at least, jeese we waited for so long.. i will never be a Hunter for Crow... it will always be Cayde!
No, I still think Crow made his hair more stupid
For Cayde
Feel like Hunter mains got robbed Lol (although don't really know how that would work)
I like Crow's redemption arc. But itll never make sense to me how the dude is already the Hunter Vanguard when hes been a Guardian for all of 2 minutes.
Like i get it. Hunters DONT want to be the Vanguard. But there had to be someone more qualified, fartin' around somewhere.
nah screw that. We hunters grieved for YEARS over Cayde's death! "If uldren were around, he would have the position" We were the ones that killed Uldren Sov, not Crow! Surely im not alone in this, right?!
Exactly what I said
doesn't even matter anyways, the dare ain't even law and Cayde just gave crow the role anyways
The perfect NEPOTISM
i can’t stand the new zavala, its good but it’s just not him
Nope never gonna respect it. Will always hate auldren and have to lose cayde again was salt in the wound. Dont care if he was corrupted he sucked. This is like if joffery was suddenly made a good guy and won game of thrones.
It should've been zavala, it would show respect to lance by saying the role was only for him
@@bonds927zavala is a titan, he can't be hunter vanguard
@@bonds927 Destiny fans say some really dumb stuff sometimes but you're comment takes the cake. Zavala as the hunter vanguard. Wow...
@@Hylian_Glitchmobber i was meaning zavala should've died 😅. him giving his light to either cayde or us, having realize the vanguard is in good hands and that he can go return to his family in peace. Lord Saladin could take over as titan vanguard, the crow can still be the hunter vanguard and cayde is off being his goofy self
@@levicarpenter5509 i was mean zavala should've died over cayde 😅
Yea, perfect ending for that mediocre story, just as bland as this whole "together we can defeat anything" turbo childish plot. Who would have forseen that Crow will be the next vanguard, unbelivable!!! Dont forget about gay russian robots. 😂😂😂😂😂
Boo hoo you didn’t enjoy the dlc. Other ppl did. P.S. saint has been confirmed gay since the beginning of destiny 2 but keep yappin
Sorry 7 missions is not good enough for that money grab game what a shit "dlc" and still need to buy 3 seasons or battlepass or whatever they call it now to get the full story what a scam game
OMG you poor.
Go back to Minecraft.
Why do you care so much? If you don’t like it, don’t play it and leave it’s community alone. You can’t change any opinions.
crows a panzy
nah i dont accept crow bring my boy cayde back
It's 2024 and those artless phytoestrogen damaged cabbage patch kids turned our boy into a topknot...
