I love every time you use the Milani because it's my most favorite of all my foundations. It's the only one that I get asked or complimented about often. The silicones in it are so smoothing and make the skin look amazing.
You’re welcome, Katrin! It is definitely one the longest parts of uploading content after editing; grabbing all the links for alternative shopping sites takes a while but I want the experience of watching my videos to be helpful in more than just knowledge - shopping the products too!
I first fell for Milani years ago, when I tried their baked blush in Luminoso, and I still use it and totally respect the brand. I've found this foundation to be ideal for concealing areas of redness, like visible capillaries, which seem to defeat most others. You seem to be feeling better, in spite of the heat, so I'm glad to see it! 🌞😍
Such a great blush Janet, still one of my favourites to date. That’s really good feedback on the foundation. Yes, feeling much better, I’m over the covid now so that’s a positive. Just need my taste and smell to fully return. Food is so boring when you can’t taste it, I tell you, if they made bland food compulsory I think it would cure obesity 🤣 it’s so boring!!!
@@ShonaghScott Thinking of you and others suffering these losses, I was reading some articles featuring the work of Zara Patel, a Stanford Rhinologist, and some others about olfactory training. The easiest method suggested to retrain your sense of smell, which is critical to taste, seems to be soaking cotton balls in essential oils and smelling them while thinking about the way you've always perceived each scent. Starting with rose, eucalyptus, lemon, and clove then switching, after about 3 months, to menthol, thyme, tangerine, and jasmine seems to be the favored grouping of scents to help bring you back most quickly. I hope this helps, it's relatively inexpensive and widely available, so I think it's definitely worth a shot. Thanks to covid 😩 more research is being funded in this area so here's hoping more sufferers can be helped, especially you!🧚♀
What a trooper! Just beautiful, I am going to buy this product again and try a different primer. My favorite drug store foundation is Loreal mostly because of the shade match and it feels light on the skin. I am at the age where a bit more coverage is ideal! Not that I am old but we never wore sunscreen... I may be able to pull this off with just a smidge of color corrector and no concealer. I work in the garden center of a big Kroger market and we carry this brand at my store! Love it, hope we get to see your Honeymoon Vlog and hoping you guys are 100 healthy soon!
I've seen the milani on oily skins mostly so i'm very surprised to see it's a dupe for the luminous silk which works very well for dehydrated or dry skin. I've avoided it as i thought it would by drying and look too high coverage/cakey. Would it be suitable for dehydrated skin ? Thank you
No not at all, I’ve used it on drier skin types and found it to be great! It’s only ever so slightly more coverage than the ALS, maybe pop in store with a little pot and put a squeeze of the foundation into the pot from a tester bottle. Try before you buy! ☺️
What a treat these Thursday tutorials are! The more Shonagh the better!!
Haha, aww, thank you Cindy! Means a lot!

I have to try this! Thanks for the heads up sis! All the love from Spain 🇪🇸❤️
You’re welcome lovely!!! ♥️
I love love the Milani foundation it’s been a go to of mine for years! I have oily to combo skin!
I’m so pleased to hear you love it also!!!
Love seeing you on a Thursday! Hope you are well! ❤️
Thanks Jennifer! It’s good to be seen on a Thursday too ☺️ Feeling much better now I’m over Covid! Thanks for asking ♥️
For the armani foundation there is not enough shades for medium to dark skins. I have to mix to shades together.
I have to mix shades in Armani too, and I’m light/medium. There isn’t one shade that works well for me.
Shonagh- your skin is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I actually think that the milani side may look even better than the armani!!
Thanks so much, Kristen! The Milani one really is beautiful!

What is the brand of your kabuki brush and the shade of your bronzer loved this video can’t wait to try the Milani foundation
It’s called Neve Cosmetics, I’m not even sure if they’re still around or if the brush is still available. The shade of my bronzer is Faux Tan.
@@ShonaghScott thank you
I Love this video Thankyou!!!!
You are so welcome!
What's your current favorite SPF to use under foundations?
I’m using ZO Skin Sunscreen + Primer. It doesn’t peel up! I also love their Smart Tone as it has a tint.
What shade are you with the Milani foundation? Thank you ❤️
In this video I used Golden Beige.

My body is mega pale so I don't use bronzer. My face gets a little sun as do my arms but that's it 😅 which drugstore can you get Milani from? 🥰
Hey Carol, you can get it from Boots ☺️
You look like Emily Blunt❤❤
Haha, I hear that a lot on here. Thank you, very kind!
@@ShonaghScott you remind me of britney Spears with the cute messy bun
🌞🌴🍹🥰😍😘
