How do you assign a command to this?

I never actually put this behavior on cue, I was just having fun trying to shape it.
I do know someone who taught her goldfish different cues for different behaviors using colored symbols on an iPod as the cues. The fish, just like a dog, was able to learn to recognize the different shapes and perform the correct behavior!
