The majority of what you see is improv. This was our schools first ever lip sync battle. After this, they made a rule called the Jason rule, in which you're not allowed to throw things into the audience. I personally find this hilarious. Owen was using my old broken guitar. The strap had to be taped on a few minutes before showtime. "Jason and the Ukuleles" began as an inside joke between Owen and I. It was originally a fictitious Acapella group. The competition had a strict time limit of 4 minutes. Most schools would be too uptight to let this much monkey business fly, but after such a strong performance, I don't think the crowd would allow you to lose!
