I've never made these in an instant pot but wanted to give you another idea for a topping and bottom. I use ores for a crust then I put the cheesecake mixture in but I don't fill all the way to the top. Cook them then after they are cooked and cooked completely, I add the ice cream magic shell topping in milk chocolate just to the top and chill longer. They are scrumptious and soft... not like a magic hard shell topping. It just makes them have choc without using the syrup. Sometimes I add caramel drizzle and chopped peanuts too. Yummy! You two are the best!

Cheesecake bites look good! Try measuring your dry ingredients by overfilling the cup then using the back of a knife to level it. Each cup/spoon equals the marked measurement when it is filled level to the top. Wet ingredients should be measured using a liquid measuring cup.

Instant pot is hard sometimes but you should of left it on and with the keep warm and wait for it to say L0:10 and that means natural release for 10 minutes. The six sisters stuff is good to watch for all things instant pot

Be careful with what you put out in your RV, everything moves around a lot when you’re pulling it. I have a few little decor things in mine but they all get tucked away whenever we are pulling, which is why I only have a couple ☺️ you’re going to love it!

The IP is only intimidating at first, once you get the hang of it, it's easy breezy. I love that it cooks from frozen , because I'm always forgetting to take meat out of the freezer,

We like to do the chicken bites in the air fryer also then we mix them up in bbq sauce or wing sauces for boneless wings!

You can pour table salt over spilled egg ,wipe up with paper towels, put a good amount of salt,depending on the spill works good

The food processor would be a good tool to make all of bunkeys homemade salad dressings! He can drizzle in olive oil while it processes.

Have you ever made Paula Dean’s Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake? It’s so, so good! It’s like a pumpkin pie and a cheesecake had a baby. 😋
It does take a few minutes to bring to pressure. I never turn it off during the natural release, just leave it on the setting it was on.
You have to make you’re own mayo in the food processor! It is SO good and SO easy!
