BEST HOLIDAY DESSERT RECIPE | DAY IN THE LIFE | SHOPPING & BAKING | JESSICA O'DONOHUE
I am so excited to bring you along for this day in the life! Today we are going to be doing some shopping and baking! This is truly the BEST holiday dessert recipe and perfect for you to make for your family this holiday season!!
Apple Blondies:
3/4 cup butter (melted)
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cup white sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 cups a.p. flour
3 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped walnuts(optional)
Topping:
1 tsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
spray a 9x13 baking dish
In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder, Mix well!
Add flour and mix again- batter will be thick!
Stir in apples and walnuts and mix well!
spread mixture into baking dish and bake for 45 mins!
Serve with ice cream!

Wednesday. 11.29.2023. Good morning, Jessica and Bunkey. Our daughter Gen Z loves Bath and Body works. she waits for sales and buy the candles, lotions, perfume online and then we go together to pick it up at our closest store that is not to crowded like the big mall. This Christmas 2023 she bought presents for my husband, me, Titi in New Jersey, and 2 friends. She also bought presents for herself from Bath & Body Works. In my bedroom I have a Holiday Gingerbread candle it smells so yummy. I also love Hot Cocoa & Cream. My daughter favorite candle is Strawberry Pound Cake. I will make the Apple Blondies with the Granny Smith Apples. I have a whole bag of them. I gave it a thumbs up. Also included this video on my Yummy Treats on my Pinterest. 🥰

Go on Amazon order a wire mesh glove. Wear it when using a mandolin slicer. I would not have my mandolin slicer without having my wire mesh glove. Worked at Burger King long time ago. Had to use a wire mesh glove to use the tomato slicer. That’s how I found out about the wire mesh glove. Love watching you and your husband. You two are so cute together. I tried this dessert last night and it was so so yummy. We had some cinnamon vanilla ice cream and it was the perfect touch.
