It worked, thanks! I'd seen someone else show how they used a bag but their method didn't show rolling the grip to the middle to remove the bag - insteasd they just oulled it out using the grips. But my bag wouldn't come down. I was under stress so didn't think about rolling it to the middle to remove from the top and bottom but now that seems obvious! :D
