Thanks for sharing. I really appreciate the advice about not thinking too much right in the middle of the match. Sports are reactive in nature and movements through muscle memory often have least cognitive overload and hence easier reaction. Thinking in the middle means you have to do double the job of cognitive processing and reaction which can be too much. Fast bowling won’t scope for so much time but spin bowling does. That’s why practice helps because it builds your muscle memory so you familiarise yourself ahead.
