Lord, thank you for David Gilmour and his guitar solos. The best guitar solo player there is. I'd rather hear David playing soulful on three notes than a tapping solo or sweep picking noise. There's no FEELING in that.

Easily one of the best guitarists to exist. Might not be the fastest Chap on the fret board but for technicality and shear intelligence in which dave uses the vibrato. Tone and precision makes me him one of the greats in my opinion.
David is simply the NUMBER ONE, don't forget thatttt.
