      It's a very noble profession! I would suggest signing up for a "ride-along" with your local law enforcement agency. This way you can ride with an officer or deputy and get to see first-hand what their shift is like, and even ask them questions along the way!

      @@hayscountysheriffsofficeThe police are trained to lie, disregard the law, citizen rights and their oath if that's what they think will help them "maintain control over a situation." I live in Phoenix, and our police chief had to resign because she was going to falsely charge over 100 people with crimes. Phoenix PD also knew for over a year about a homicide detective that mishandled evidence and they lied to the courts and defense attorneys. The homicide detective retired and claimed a medical disability yet went parasailing on vacation two weeks later. I've watched videos from police training channels like "Street Cop Training" and they are a how-to guide and the best methods to lie, deceive and circumvent citizen rights to make arrests. You guys are trained in corruption from day one, and you scumbags tell lies like normal people breathe. Cops are like pedophile priests, a complete betrayal of everything you claim to stand for.

    @8:08 ~ Is he wearing a cup or is it just his holster strap that’s making his pants ride up?

  • @iMatti00
    @iMatti00 Рік тому +1

    👔 ~ Question: do people think it’s safer to wear a bulletproof vest under the shirt or outside of the shirt? I say so because I feel like if a criminal is gonna shoot a cop then them seeing the vest actually reminds them that the cop is wearing a vest and shows them where to shoot the cop (like in the stomach area where the vest often doesn’t cover, or below the neck).
    Maybe there is a way for equipment to be carried on a shirt because it has holes in it that allow the strap from the bullet proof vest to come outside of the shirt to hold a little bases of equipment that’s really necessary, but yet it still looks like a shirt so it’s not so likely to remind people about the bullet proof vest.

    • @hayscountysheriffsoffice
      @hayscountysheriffsoffice  Рік тому +1

      Great question! In the heat of the moment, a criminal is going to shoot at an officer regardless of whether or not he/she sees a vest. Our agency authorizes outer carriers, which is an outer vest which holds the ballistic vest and most of the deputy’s equipment. Some deputies still prefer to wear the vest under their shirt. I’m unaware of any research that has gathered data on officer involved shootings where the officer was wearing an outer carrier vs. a vest under his/her shirt. The vest covers the vital organs of a person, so they can choose whether or not to wear an outer carrier or wear it under their shirt.
      Hope this helps!
