Thanks for the video and nice music bro, would love to have heard you explain more in detail the processes however. Let me know where I can buy primers so I can reload also. Thanks 😎👍
@@patrickuselton4175 I’m just trying to get started reloading for 1st time. Good for most part on ammo, but want to learn hand-loading, very frustrating what the O’Biden did to make supplies so hard to find and else turn to shit! 🤬 Hopefully primers will come back up to us here in IN. Have a good week my friend ✌️😎👍🇺🇸
What happens if you don't prep your brass? Just curious, been reloading manually with minimal equipment and have not had any issue yet with my shots. I dont shoot long range, usually between 100 and 300 yards for hunting and will reuse brass until they show fatigue or cracks. Long live the Republic.
Several reasons I clean and prep. One being not put dirt and grim up on my dies. You don’t have to but for me I get better results dealing with clean brass. I also shoot long range at prairie dogs so I make everything as uniform as possible
How for the bullets seated from the lands ? Does it matter for hunting load ? I seat my bullets as mentioned in reloading manual and never measured the bullet ogive
I have 50 ea 130gr GMX 270 win and h4831sc. What is your recipe, OAL etc. These bullets are expensive and in short supply so any recommendations would be appreciated.
It depends on which gunpowder you use and also which bullet you use. There are different powders that are very good in .270 Winchester, but the safe proper amount can be different by as much as 10 grains weight in some loads. Edit: This will be somwhere between 50 and 60 grains total charge weight as a general rule. Look up reloading data online for a more specific answer.
I full length size because I have multiple rifles in that caliber. But my more precision rifles logical my 22-250 I neck size because i only shoot those rounds through one gun
Thanks! There’s a lot of blood and heritage hanging there! My 3rd great grandfather was a confederate pow at Anderson GA prison camp. He was with the 44th Tennessee calv.
@@patrickuselton4175 My great, great grandfather was digging for gold in California so we missed the war, but he and his 3 partners did pull out a 105lb nugget from the Monument mine in 1868, Sierra county California.
Nice flags!
Thanks!

Primers are coming back in stock here in Arkansas but since I’m a hoarder I started the pandemic with almost 7k assorted primers.
