Subiefest Texas 2023 with Bucky Lasek

- Everything really is bigger in Texas. Subiefest Texas was just that by having the largest attendance for a debuting Subiefest event. People came from all over Texas to a great venue filled with amazing show cars, food and one of the fastest slalom courses to date adding for some heated times to an already warm day. To my delight I was able to perform one of my favorite shakedown demos to date driving my 550whp Rallycross car “Betty” totally destroying 6 tires turning them into thick clouds of smoke within a few minutes. The VSC team has been doing a great job dialing in the updates on Betty during these shakedown demos and it shows. Thank you to all the Subiefest staff, volunteers, vendors and Subaru enthusiasts/family for making this such an awesome day.

My son and I had a great time at our first Subiefest! It was fun watching you slaying those tires! The 5 hour drive was definitely worth it from NM! See you next year!

I'm fairly certain next time we see Bucky he'll be behind the wheel of a black Trans Am.
